Hi,

i did my first deposit 2 days ago and i got a 100% bonus first deposit, but i also have 27% rakeback. I know how they both work alone but i saw somewhere that you can go in a 'negative balance'? why is that? Can you claim the bonus and rakeback at the same time?
It alsy says rakeback count start every monday and ends sunday at 11:59, does that mean i need to redeem my rakeback before that or i can redeem it after a month? And is it the same thing for the bonus?

Don't worry about any negative balance, because it's just a temporary accounting thing. Claim either or both anytime you want and it will sort itself out to the correct amount in the end. I believe they recently started auto-awarding the rakeback once a week if you don't claim it.
