I'm probably just pissing in the wind here, but I got a call on November 28th from BCP support offering me a $50 bonus to come back. Holidays were nuts for me and I just got around to logging in. Turns out the offer expired January 6th. Is there anyone here from BCP that could take a look at it and extend that offer? I am interested in seeing how the site is these days.

So let me try and get this straight. As a micro limit multiplayer I need to get a total of $18000 a year to get 27% rakeback? This is total dealt rake not contributed rake? So if ia m in pulling $1500 dealt rake (or RAKE in PT4) then it is worth the elite system?

As a micro player, you should be doing rakeback and not the elite system. You have to rake 18k/yr on the elite system to get the equiv of 27%. With rakeback, you'll be getting 27% whether you rake $1 or $1,500.

out of all the sites ive ever played on since 2004 ive never had rakeback. after reading some of these posts it makes a lot more sense for me to switch over. If someone can explain how the process works exactly (mainly in reference to how/when I get the 27% back and from where/who) or provide either an external link or a link from this site that better explains it, I would greatly appreciate it. i have had trouble finding a visa prepaid that will work with depositing to ACR, none of the prepaid ones i have seen to purchase allow international use - which is what the ACR has said is the best to use and the gift cards dont work any help?

I'm not sure what happens to your current points if you switch over. As to how it works, it is incredibly simple. Say I raked $2 yesterday. Today I click on rewards, then rakeback. It shows that I have $0.54 to redeem ($2 * 0.27) and I click redeem, at which point if instantly is transferred to my account.

The rakeback only shows up following the day the rake was accrued, but you can redeem your rakeback whenever you want after it shows up. So you could redeem the previous days rakeback every day, or save it up and redeem it all at the end of the week.

As long as you haven't already used the first time deposit bonus than yes you still qualify. I recently just made my first time deposit bonus using bitcoin.

It isn't a cash bonus, it's a tournament ticket bonus. You should have been registered for the million dollar guarantee.

So my elite benefits program just disappeared off my account ...

I now have rakeback instead of the rewards program. I had already gotten 24k elite benefits points this month so not sure what's going on.

Talked to customer service in chat and he though I wanted to switch from rakeback to rewards, he just couldn't understand me when I kept telling him that the account was already on rewards, but it just suddenly disappeared.

Luckily, my cashier still shows a balance of my player points I've accumulated so at least I have that. I emailed BCP support and have been waiting for a response all day. I'm not sure what's going to happen if I play on my account, whether I just get rakeback or they can transfer that back to points (which is what I prefer since I should be hitting 100k next month)
