I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere here but I can't find it. I have a "special offer" when I click awards and it says freeplay and "redeemed" and says:

Simply ‘Opt In’ to the Mo Mo Mo Super Bowl
and play any cash game or Jackpot Poker to

I'm pretty sure I opted in but I haven't been a regular player since I opted in a while ago. What exactly is it and shouldn't it be gone by now? lol

If I redeemed a bonus of some sort I kinda thought it would be documented somewhere. And I mean I'm assuming there are other special offers? Why would the tab still be there?

Yeah i haven't gotten anything for my last 2 sessions. Same with Bonus. i was .12 pts away from clearing an increment and after i played it still hasn't cleared and now all my progress is just gone now. Have spoken to support a few times, first they said give it 24 hours, then 30 minutes, and now they are saying Monday.

We'll see i guess.

After making first deposit and starting to clear first deposit bonus, do I have wait until I clear it before I can cash out or can I cash out while clearing it without affecting its status?

Cash outs don't affect it's status.

You don't need to sign up with an affiliate to receive Rakeback.

Contact support if you have an account on the network already and just tell them you want to switch from the points system to 27% Rakeback.

*You are only allowed to switch once! I suggest having one skin (ACR/BCP/True) with Rakeback and one with Points.

I have noticed when playing cash games, that at the end of a hand you are involved with, it will display a number of points for you depending on how much rake you contributed to the hand.

Does anyone know if this is the number of 'Action Points' you received? The number that should be applied to your bonus.

I've figured that I get approximately 4,000 points from about $270 in rake. You can extrapolate from there although you'd have to just do it to see since it will vary slightly based on your playing style.
