I got similar number to that when I messed around with it a few weeks back.

I got an email from True Poker about a reload bonus, but can't find anything about it on the ACR or BCP site. Is this True only or network wide? True doesn't offer higher enough stakes in the games I play so it's not really an option.

I got an email from ACR and BCP about a reload bonus offer, which I believe is good until the 23rd. I think it was something like, 100% match up to $100, 150% match up to $200 and 200% match up to $500.

I didn't get any mail

Sounds like they are targeting certain individuals for a reload rather than everyone... I didn't get one either. Probably people who have a lower or zero balance?

This is the page detailing the bonus for ACR. The code is the same for BCP, too. Although, when I was depositing, I didn't see a box to enter the promo code. I had to ask live chat to apply the bonus to my account.

I didn't receive an e-mail, and this bonus isn't listed on the Promotions page. The box to enter a bonus code is also missing from my deposit by VISA page.

Those are indications that it may not be open to everyone.

But the terms and Terms and Conditions from the link above includes this:

Bonus is open to all Americas Cardroom customers.

I used it on BCP. At first support tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about, but I copied and pasted a message the TD sent me and they applied the bonus.

Ok i want to clarify on Monday there will be bannners on the site open to everyone for the reload bonus.

Also everyone can use the code WINNING and receive the same bonus.

so is this not applicable to BCP or true players?

So the bonus doesn't expire on the 23rd or does a new one start monday?

Support's initial response was that my account was not eligible, marketing was only targeting certain players.

I asked support to review this thread. They took a few minutes, then responded that they had verified with security that I am not eligible.

Notes:
- Support was polite and prompt as usual.

- I have no objection to marketing making certain offers only to selected players. I receive offers like that from other poker sites and brick and mortar casinos frequently, usually if I haven't played there for a while.

What went wrong here goes without saying. Have PM'd Winning_TD with the exact info in hopes of resolution. He has been helpful to me before, although he may be gone for the weekend now.

Quick update:

Winning_TD responded to my PM and had me contact support. But it looks like there is still some miscommunication within WPN, so I'm still trying to work this out.

Winning_TD says they are planning to extend the dates and publically offer this to all users on Monday, though I don't know if that is 100% official.

But if you are making a deposit, you may want to wait until then. Otherwise, your results may vary.

It would be nice if it was available tonight for the new Beast week starting after midnight.

Just a heads-up for everyone, when I got the bonus I had to switch the active bonus from the Millionaire’s Club Entry Bonus to the reload bonus.

AlexTheOwl, I hope you get the bonus. Mention to support that the terms state "Bonus is open to all Americas Cardroom customers." In my experience, you'll probably have better luck emailing support than talking to live chat.

FYI Winning_TD resolved this today, thanks to him for his help. I'm a micro to mid-stakes rec player, so it's not gobs of money. But I do like free money.
