Well S&C finished up and the two accounts cashed meaning everyone below them should have finished two spots higher. I am really starting to get the feeling that WPN is just trying to ignore this issue and hopes it will go away. I really hope I am wrong and both reps are just busy but not having a very good feeling about this right now.

i dunno man. at least they caught some players and actually closed accounts. that should deter it in the future, even if it improved the chance of someone not cheating by 1%, thats a win. i would not expect refunds

I don't remember hearing about anyone ever getting a collusion refund on wpn. I get the feeling it's something they feel they can skimp on without people noticing or caring.

But that is definitely a major reason for me quitting the site. That and having colluders finish ahead of me in sitncrush.

i look at it this way. By actually giving out some refunds it would actually help spread the word that WPN takes cheating seriously which help even greater in deterring cheats. As it stands right now hardly anyone knows that players have been caught and therefore WPN could be considered open season for collusion.

OK WPN it has been over a week since the two colluding accounts have been closed and still not a single word regarding any sort of refunds, why the accounts remained ( and cashed) on the Sit and Crush leader board. Clearly you burning your heads in the sand hoping everyone will forget, but people were cheated out of their money and it is your responsibility to fix that since security is one of the reasons we pay rake. Maybe you are afraid by giving any refunds it will be opening some can of worms, I don't know. All I know is that if you don't right the wrongs you are no better than the people who are actually doing the cheating.

In the name of all that is right and just in the world will you PLEASE stop opening my freaking browser for your tournament series/special tournament announcements EVERY FREAKING TIME I close the software clients? Once is more than freaking enough.

I made a recent bitcoin withdrawal on ACR on February 9th. It still shows as processing at this moment.

I've made multiple attempts at contacting support and I keep getting the runaround about how they cancelled the transaction (which is not the recent transaction). I keep politely reminding them in the emails that they are referring to the wrong bitcoin withdrawal and they still have not provided me any new information with what is happening with my latest withdrawal that is stuck in limbo.

For the others: I dont want to scare off people from the bitcoin feature as I have successfully received withdrawals on the other WPN skins. This recent issue is likely a rare occurance

^^^ - yeah not sure why they haven't added you yet. I won a seat a few weeks back in one of the SNC/Beast satellites and was added in 48 hours.

Your other options are to call them up and ask to speak to a supervisor or pm the reps on here to see if they can assist you.

In the hand history after a tournament is over, can you view everyone's hands like you can on Bovada? I notice that during the tourney you can't even see the hand when someone mucks which is different from any site I have ever played on.
