Agreed that it can be like talking with a brick wall at times, because they often have no clue exactly what you're referencing. At least this site has rakeback though. Bovada is really bad when it comes to rake and their software is very inferior imo.

I played a session on December 23rd, however when i went to play my next session on December 26th all my player notes were gone. I believe i downloaded an update before playing a couple of days ago. I tried looking into my hard drive and all my hand histories, etc. are still there. I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else. I am a pretty high volume MTT regular playing all stakes from low-high and this was quite tilting to say the least. Just curious if anyone else had this problem and if they are recoverable some how. I play on BlackChipPoker-JohnRusso as my sn.

I still am waiting a response from the rakeback department.
Online chat support is useless. They have never ever resolved an issue for me. The best they ever have been able to do is to tell me to send an email to support.
To get that kind of response after about 20-30 minutes of typing responses and then waiting is quite frustrating. Thing is I always thought they were support.
Half the time they do not even read what you type to them because they ask me the same thing I already type. I always begin with my user name as the first thing I tell them and they will then ask me what my user name is. Ill type I already typed it but I realize typing that response is longer then retyping my user name.

the exact same thing happened to me on BCP. opened software. it tried to update. while not paying attention to what was going on Norton Antivirus freaked out and removed the program. I re-downloaded the software. Norton freaks out again. I over-ride Norton. Install. Everything is gone! argggghhhhhhhaslkdvvaofibaorgn;qarebn;aqekbn!!!!!! !!!!!!!!111

It appears that OD's do not spawn for me correctly. They simply dont reappear to register for until i go to my "lobby settings" and make sure "running" is checked. for instance, today i kept an eye on the lobby for over an hour and not one spawned. I then clicked "running" in the settings (usually dont care to have that checked because i dont care about sngs already running) and then a bunch of the OD's appeared, some of which were registering and some which were in late registration. Missed a bunch of them because of this issue and I believe the same thing happened yesterday for me as well, anyone else experiencing this?? this happens via the SNG lobby

I never uninstalled or downloaded a new BCP client, it just did the standard update when i opened the program normally. I did hit Ctrl Alt Dlt at on point when my client froze. I am not entirely sure if this was when the issue occurred as i wasn't playing any tables yet, but had registered for the Mini Cage. So odd considering the program files shows hand histories and updates going all the way back to 2013, yet the notes are completely wiped.

If the update overwrote the notes there still is a chance of getting them back by using an undelete program like "Recuva". I know that worked once for someone on Carbon.

Ok so over the past week I have reg'ed and played a bunch of sattys. I am almost always the first or second to sign up for them and as many of you know a lot of them don't run for lack of players.

Normally once it is cancelled the grey box appears saying the tourney and that is was cancelled and players are refunded. however, there have been 17 cases since 12/22 that no dialog box came up and I was not given a refund. I am 100 percent sure of about 5 of them as I watch for my balance specifically knowing that the tourney wasn't going to run. other times I have too many tables to notice what is going on. the others I know of bc all of the said tournaments where I was not given refunds remain in my "my tournaments" box when I click it in the client.

yesterday I chatted live with an agent. he kept telling me that they are automatically given. then he asked for tourney IDs for all of the tournaments. I was nice enough to screen shot 17 dif pics of all the tournaments appearing in my "my tournaments" that were still there despite having passed. he said he couldn't do anything without the IDs. like the fuccking ID's are no where to be found. after back and forth he proves useless.

I now begin emailing my screenshots. they reply they need tourney IDs. i tell them i am giving them the tourney name date and time and that should suffice. i shouldn't have to find tourney IDs that elude most people in the client. back and forth back and forth. i finally go through my tourney history. but turns out since they are all cancelled they aren't even listed there. so there is literally no way for me to get the IDs. i am going to murder someone. i am playing like **** all day bc im back and forth with these agents who have no idea.

so if the wpn rep can please look into this. also, keep an eye if you are pre-reg'ing for sattys. i don't know how it happens. i'd say it is not even 10 percent of the time. but i know it happened to my buddy also. he was refunded. i have been refunded for 1 of them so far. will keep updated.


Cliffs: I am registering for sattys. they are being cancelled. i am not being refunded the buy in. Support expects me to pull tourney IDs out of my ass/is being super difficult.

On ACR:

They are no .05/.10 NL 9-max tables (Cazoralite) tables being shown in the lobby. There should be at least 1 with 0 players.

I just duplicated this. Had running games filtered out and couldn't see a few newly spawned ODs. Clicked filters off and there they were.

I think they show up using the old trick of clicking over to the Tourney lobby and then back the the SNG lobby.

FWIW, seems it works if you filter out running but keep in announced games.

What gets me is a wpn ptb can't give us high volume regs a concise detailed public statement in regards to this

I am not accepting some cheesy prescripted email from support

I want it to be public record in case the future reveals they are indeed using an unfair advantage
And for peace of mind

I have suggested simply adding a decline button for husngs as imo it will help the ecology of the game anyways

It's funny to me the reps/ceo entertain a thread for days when it is made out to appear as if player was wronged but can't entertain the attention this possible issue deserves for years now

Maybe a more flashy thread title such as others would be more appealing
I didn't try to make them look like fools just simply asked for clarification

Finally was winning a match lol last night then amazingly I started lagging out
CPU and connection was fine

Funny how they grind twenty four hour session all week
Wish I had the energy to grind for two three days straight

I talked on the live support last night at 2am about rakeback for the last 2 sundays. I woke up today to see I got both rakes for both days now in the payment history. I geuss my client glitched or something when it went back to 0. It could be way to make more money. I didn't notice it until I seen this thread. Everyone needs to check there payment history.
