Couple suggestions.

1) do something about how long someone can rathole on a table. What i mean is they play one orbit and then sit out for 20 minutes, then play another orbit, repeat. There is one reg in particular who plays 1/2 and 2/4 who is really bad about this. Doing this is really bad for the games.

2) small adjustment to the timebank...make it like pokerstars'; if player doesn't have a chip in the pot, make it so it doesn't auto-click after the initial time. For example, lets say im utg, if i don't act, after the prelim time is up, the autotimebank kicks in even tho i don't have any money in the pot and the whole thing tanks down to empty then folds me. it would be better if it only auto clicked if player had money in the pot.

I have to disagree on #2. I prefer it the way it is... it takes less than a second to fold a hand if you don't like it. You're asking the software to prioritize the hands for you otherwise, which probably means you may be playing too many tables.

How can you tell where someone is from? The Beast and rewards structure makes multi-accounting on this site less attractive. But I defer to someone else's knowledge of the PLO games.

Why do the fold, call hotkeys (F1, F2) not work when the action ins't on you? Seems like they should.

Would be awesome if you could hotkey more of the interface too like different bet amounts.

Would like it if I could set auto engage time bank on a per table basis. I like it off when not in the money and on when in the money or on the bubble on a sit and go for example.

I know you could use something like Stack and Tile for some of this, but it seems like the client already has lots of stuff built in. Take it the extra distance.

Yeah, they've already got some bet pot % type buttons in, wouldn't think it would take too much work to add hotkey functionality to those. Might be slightly more work to make it customizable so players could choose which keys for their hotkeys and/or setup their own options for what the buttons do.

This might have been brought up already, but I find myself saying "I like the stats tab now with the info, but there is still four columns. Wish one had a timer and the other had the current level"

Any chance we could see a timer and level tracker in there? Why only use 50% of the available space, fill it up.

I would assume server time which is EST as far as I know (since I never have to adjust my site time adjustment in HM2/3).

why did the rewards already reset for next year? I was planning on getting one last $50 achievement rewards but its 6pm and things have already reset for the next year. This seems pretty unfair imo

Just saw this on my account as well. Seems really ****ty for people who were trying to grind out some kind of last minute reward. Heavy grinders can get in some serious points in 4 hours [hours til midnite est]

Anyone can tell me how much rake is needed approximately to reach the 2.5k tier in the CG leaderboard?

The sizing is wrong for PLO jackpots. When it is SB vs BB the SB can not open for pot. If the blinds are 10/20 the SB should be able to open to 60 (it is set now to only allow them to open for 50)

Also the big blind is not able to raise pot if someone limps in. Using the same example of 10/20, if the small blind completes the BB can only raise 20 (making it 40 all day) he should be able to raise 40 total (60 all day).

Just an update on this: took longer than i wanted and a bit of hassle considering how basic i felt this issue was. Took contacting wpn rep/TD on here and talking to customer support for an hour with no help. Got in contact with Phil and he got it taken care of asap. So thanks.

I know we can't expect wpn support to be as good as pokerstars but it would be nice to have small problems like this not take almost a week to get taken care of.

Make the site exclusive to USA players. Everyone else is clearly killing the player pool or botting the money out of our ecosystem. This would appear seemingly obvious to all players, but of course, management has yet to act upon it, acting like Ray Charles.. Blind to the obvious fix to their biggest problem. BOTS. *rolls eyes*

I recently opened an account and played freerolls and took the winnings to play cash and now regularly play micros. I was wondering how to activate the rakeback program, I don't recall ever being prompted with this option.

You can email site support and request that you be changed over to rakeback.

If you'd like to actually get this done before you reach retirement age, your best option is to - PM Winning TD here at 2+2, give him your screen-name and ask him to have you switched over to rakeback when he has time.

Correct my logic if I am wrong WPN reps:
You can adjust the Ts&Cs (aka EULA) at any time you want.
You do not have to alert players on your skins to any changes to it at all.
YET, you feel that if they are playing on said skin, they are in agreement to it.
So the only people who *might* see a change to the agreement are new players (who really shouldn't know the difference anyway) or those who regularly check your website for potential changes, right?

Am I missing anything? Whether I am or not, I am copying and pasting the beginning of it here to let all players know to go review the current terms to ensure they actually do agree to it. There have been significant changes, just even in geographic options alone.
