I believe OP. I have seen people send screenshots of the pot getting rewarded to the wrong player on weird boards like quads. Definitely an issue that needs to be fixed urgently. I'm sure you or the other player in question will get a refund.

A rep will see this thread most likely not until monday. You have to have x amount of posts before it allows you to private message but after that you could pm WPN_Rep or winning_TD directly.

That being said you have nothing to lose by posting the screenshot here

I've played tons of jackpots lately and never seen the issue personally. I had only seen it in the past from being given screenshots (they were from weeks back). Given that OP said this happened much earlier this month, me not seeing it and WPN_Rep saying it was fixed within an hour there is a very good likelihood it is in fact resolved.

Yes I'm assuming this is related to what I had posted.

Click on the rep's name, and one of the menu options that pops up is to send him a PM.

This definitely used to happen. JJ was the winner on quad 9 board or something vs Ax. I reported it as soon as i saw it, and I believe it has been fixed now.

If you had just posted the hand in your original post this issue would probably be wrapped up already, instead it's going to end up taking 2 days or so because of silly back and forth nonsense.

I can't imagine why you'd feel it necessary to wait to hear from the site before posting it if it's so concerning.

OP: That hand was played on Feb 2nd, which was the date that big was reported to us and was fixed that same day. However, I'll make sure your account is refunded the $10 today for that game. Thanks.
