just going to go point blank with you. with all due respect to this affiliate he's doing the standard affiliate shill.
he'll gladly take your sign up either way but he clearly knows for a person in your position, who four tables 10nl-25nl for thirty hours a week, you won't come anywhere close to raking the $727+ a month it takes for the vip rewards to be flat out better than flat 27%. you'll probably end up raking about $400 dollars a month if its straight 25nl. with the vip program alone that puts you at ~20% rakeback. having the bonus active will give you a bump and may get it close to evens with the flat 27% but its nowhere close to

"If u 4 table for 25 hours a week then the second option is a no brainer. You will definitely earn a lot more than 27%".
he's also very misleading when you ask

Would you mind giving me a rough estimate based on a 5K hands played per week basis so I can figure out monthly totals?
"no idea but it will be a lot!
2000 raked at 60% effective will be $1200 in cash in addition to your regular winnings".
$2000 raked at 60% = $1200 + your winnings is completely irrelevant to you. it's pretty much just as relevant to your current situation as saying $20000 raked at 60% = $12,000 + your table winnings.. you're not going to come anywhere close to raking $2k a month.
truth be told the reason he wants you to take vip over flat rakeback is because affiliates make more from vip signups than they do flat rakeback signups, so while it's likely in your best interest to take the flat, he's already steering you in the direction of whats best for him and not you.
also, it is technically illegal for affiliates to randomly pm players and hunt for signups on 2+2. I personally don't care about it and would never say anything to the powers that be, but since you've put it out there already remember this is a guy that's been in the business long enough to 1000% know he's not supposed to do it but is likely doing it at a very high frequency. just another thing to factor in when deciding if you want to do business with someone.
in the end, the only thing this affiliate appears to be offering you that you can't get on your own is the unlimited/unexpiring bonuses and that IS a nice feature. all in all, if he can offer you that perk to go along with the flat 27% I would say that is unquestionably your best bet unless you plan on adding more tables or hours.
good luck!
