Poker Sites in Maryland (ACR and BetOnline) Poker Sites in Maryland (ACR and BetOnline)

Hello, I have received conflicting information on if I can play on ACR as a Maryland resident. On the site it says that I am not allowed, but when I asked in the live chat, the operator stated that ACR would not block me from playing. They also said that I could deposit, and process withdraws from ACR with no problems or possibility of my account or bankroll being frozen. He also recommended that I deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin. If this is true, why do they state in their EULA that we are banned? Why am I allowed to deposit in the cashier? A few days later, I asked live chat again, and they also explicitly said that I could play on ACR, directly conflicting with their EULA, and when I brought up the EULA, they stated that it didn't matter, and that the EULA was just a legal formality

I really want to play on ACR, as they have a bigger population than Betonline, and I really want to use the ACR Rakeback program. Betonline is very barebones, and it is not very populated. If I want to have poker become a bigger part of my life, I feel as if rakeback is needed to be successful, so I'm really bummed about it all, and I just want this to be cleared up. My intuition says that ACR would "let" me deposit any amount of money, but the second I would withdraw, they would bring up their EULA, and freeze my account, taking all of my funds as forfeit.

Pocket 5s- Maryland/ACR- several folks with nice cashes regularly. Doesn't seem to be a problem cashing out.

Also, how can one play with more than 4+ tables without overlapping? I have moved ACR tables to minimum size, and tile them, but they still overlap. 6+ and it is very bad. If I try to tile 9+, the middle tables are extremely overlapped.

This is very strange to me, as I have a 4k monitor, but the ACR tables insist on taking 1/5th+ of my screen size no matter the resolution.

According to this thread, Maryland is not allowed

Having said that, I think I remember a rep saying that all states are now allowed so long as you were wiling to deposit/withdraw exclusively through bitcoin. I could be mistaken about that, so do whatever support tells you to do

I spoke a third time with a different live operator, and they continuously claim that I am fine using bitcoin. I decided to just go with it, and I deposited about $100 on the site easily. I only use bitcoin, so I suppose I'll survive. These are the perils of unregulated Poker.

Well, before signing up, I pm'ed both WinningTD and WPN Rep and asked them the same questions you asked the live operator. I was assured that I could play from Maryland and would have no issues cashing out. I was also advised to use bitcoin. So, combined with others from Maryland scoring some nice cashes and not one post noted about problems cashing out as a Maryland player, I would venture you're on the good foot. In other words, lay your fears to rest grasshopper.
