points don't add up properly points don't add up properly

I can't be the only one, right?

1. The points towards SnC did not register fully the last week I played. I have pokertracker and the tourney page tracked them. I know how to do simple addition.

2. The points towards the bonus(es) register at about 1/3 the total. Was this a recent change?

I sent two emails to support, did not receive a response. I sent a PM to the guys here, did not receive a response. Any help would be appreciated.

No, you're not the only one. I spoke to live chat and the happy hour points were never awarded to me several times in December. I went through the simple math with them and their answer was that they checked it out and it was accurate, is there anything else I can help you with? No proof or way to see the specific points added and broken down game by game, they just claimed they were right. I was at a break point and had babysat my standing/points all Friday long.

There had been a problem with the first happy hour of the day (the others were fine). That still doesn't add up to 1/3rd points that OP is claiming. I feel like the points I've earned were correct but I also haven't paid super close attention. I'm in touch with the majority of the players that chase the top spots for sit n crush and no mention of this either. That being said OP still might have a legit problem but that's what I've seen on my end.

Are you a big JP player by chance?

I know there is something screwy in their JP tracking for the last 6 weeks or so on the limited data feed that I have access to in order to track our players. I've been in communication with a manager trying to get them to report proper tracking stats for our players. But we still have no resolution to the matter. It's rather frustrating.

This has been an ongoing problem. A few On Demands do not track with the correct points (specifically the $15 +$1.5 PLO 8 OD) Support is a lost cause. Just send an email and I hope that after enough they will investigate and fix the issues. Also, according to chat, jackpots do not count toward the SNC, but they do. Not sure what is going on there.

Yeah, my math is based on not even including happy hour additions.

They're two separate things:

1. The SnC did not add for the last time I played SnC, first week of december.

2. The points I was awarded in cash games and sngs/toureys only went towards bonuses (all you can eat and super bowl) at about 1/3 the rate.

Lol, that might explain it. I only play o8. What about the 7.7 ODs, those too?

At this point I'd almost be happy to just hear back from support even if they're not immediately helpful.

Or, I guess they could tell their highest volume o8 sng player and 2nd highest volume o8 ondemand player to go **** himself. They could do that.

Wow, if true then this kinda sucks for me

I'd never paid much attention to the points much, just would check in at the end of some days. I did notice that both areas of the lobby incorrectly lists the 15's at 1.3 points rather than the 3.8 that it should be. But at the end of a game, the popup lists the correct amount of points so I figured the previous 1.3's were just lobby typos. The ratio of 1.3 to 3.8 also kinda fits in with the 1/3 you're talking about. However, the 7's don't seem to have that typo though and those are mainly what you play...aside from sngs too.

TD is gone til the 15th, so I understand that it might take awhile to get it worked out properly. Hopefully it doesn't get buried before then though.

I just finished a 15 on-demand and looks like I got the correct points. Or at least close to it, since its hard to keep track because I've had a few other things running and I'm not sure when exactly the snc points are updated to the leaderboard. I'd recommend people try to roughly keep track of what they play and when and see if its something specific that's causing incorrect points sometimes.

If anyone else wants some quick and easy snc points to hit the next tier or w/e, I usually try to keep these running. I even offer free help/hand reviews/etc if you're a bit inexperienced with o8, just PM me.

i had posted about this a couple months ago as well. During the all you can eat promo. i played 25/50 nl for 2 days and about 4-5 hrs per day. I received 14 points. I had email support and they told me the points were correct as well. Thats when after i seen the posts bout all of the errors and delays coupled with the failure to accurately track the points, i withdrew my remaining money and i havent played since.

I refuse to play on a site where there is so many problems and a refusal to fix them.. whats next? money suddenly disappears and no way to get it back? The line is always there is no problem. Im not willing to take that chance.

Kahn: The affiliate feed was fixed on Friday. So our affiliate team should have this resolved early next week.
