I am going to make this thread to try and make life easier.

If you have a cashout issue or what ever issue it may be.

You will find if you PM me your issue instead of making a thread i will help you ASAP. I dont look at every thread all the time but PM's i do.

When you file a complaint it will help a great deal if you let me know your nickname or username on the site otherwise it is going backwards and forwards.

Also be very clear in the issue and try and give dates and times if its certain hands or Tourney id's

I cant help with everything but i certainly do try!

I can confirm Winning_TD and WPN Rep both do a good job getting things fixed if you have an issue

Ditto this ^^

Had an ongoing issue with lack of help from emailing customer support. Sent an introductory pm asking it WTD could be of an assistance. Second pm supplied requested info and hours later it was resolved.

second...dealt with TD multiple times on issues and he has always been quick to get back to me and has resolved all the issues that I have had...

I can +1 this also, Winning_TD has been good to me so far in my client issue, and continued to stay in touch. Will update at later time to see how the issue is take care of for me as a player on the network. +++1 @Winning_TD

This is a nice offer but obviously not a tenable solution. There need to be changes made within the customer service system such that people aren't PMing the Tournament Director for withdrawal issues. The fact that such an offer needs to be extended offers all the proof necessary that customer service is not doing its job adequately.

This obvsly.

Its true that WTD helps a lot but thats not enough. Its obvs by now that something is delaying the cashouts and no one from the company came to public telling people whats happening, allowing people to speculate.

GenericWhiteM requested cash out via Bitcoin on 3/8.

Contacted customer support via live chat today, Francisco P asked for my user name and then did not respond. I waited in chat asking if everything was okay for over 30 minutes and got no response.

Can you confirm that Francisco is still alive and that my cash out will be processed soon?

The on demand leaderboard hasn't updated in days. I wouldn't normally care but w/ 24 points I maybe have top ten $55.00 sitncrush ticket. Cant get anyone on support. Email support yesterday, weak response.
How should I pursue this $55 tounry dollars

discouraging. been trying to win this seat for months, finally get close and... worst is how un-helpful live support was, I think they need help up there she couldnt even find the leaderboard I was concerned about?!

I've tried to settle this privately with winning_td as per his request however after 48 hours have received no reply. Requested a 25k cashout 3/10. Since then I have called support every other day to check the status. I've been told differnt reasons from almost every support person. When I inquired yesterday as to why people who withdrew after me are receiving their payouts before mine I was told that 'cashouts between 10-25k are currently on hold...hopefully receive your funds by Tuesday'

My 2nd request from support/winning_td was to increase my p2p transfer limits. Support said they would escalate my request to higher management and I eventually received an email saying my transfer limits were already maxed out. However the only reason I need higher limits is to trade money off the site because I can't cash out! I have a buyer lined up and everything, explained my situation to both support and winning_td to no avail. I know it's possible to make transfers from their backend and requested his to be done but nothing has come from it. Now I'm not even sure if my buyer wants the ~27k anymore. I'm beyond frustrated with the whole experience. Will update when I receive a response from anyone/receive my money

PS winning_td has always been extremely helpful in the pst so I am no way disparaging him, just find it strange that he has logged in regularly the past few days but has been unable to send me a response. He gets put in a tough spot when support is as unhelpful as they are

you have to look at true poker website leaderboard...same thing, but it doesnt go down on that site

Hello there,

I am a new player to your network and already I have noticed some irregularities.
Today I joined three tables - on each one of them one player was already sitting there.
Now - I don not know if its a regular thing that when the 2nd player joins he gets
automatically dealt to be the Big Blind but either way - this is what happened to me.
I hope I do not have to stress that being in the Big Blind in a Heads-Up game is a huge disadvantage.

Now when two regular players dont want to play each other but decide to sitout until weaker player joins they usually tend to play an even number of hands before sitting out.

Thats just fair to the player that had started in the Big Blind.

In todays case player named Winenall had chosen to "sitout next BB" right after one hand - Just when he was about to get dealt in the BB. ON ALL THREE TABLES!

This is strictly forbidden at most sites I have played since in this manner he gains a huge
edge over the 2nd player. Also its considered very unethical and very much cheating.

To illustrate what I am talking about Im sending u two screenshots.

The first shows the player sitting out at all three tables (name can be seen in chat).


The second shows the three hands we played when each time my position was in the Big Blind.




Hope you wil take measures to prohibit this kind of behavior since the way it is now - it is highly discouraging for anyone to join a table this player has opened, and then also the house suffers. (less hands being played & tables filling up way slower)

Winning_td has been in touch since this post and has helped increase my limits. No timeline has been given as to when my cashout will be initiated but at least he helped me trade the rest of my funds off the site. WPN should give this guy a raise. Thank you

Stay away from WPN. They are doing false advertisements. Happy hours not rewarding double points and not doing anything to fix it after it happened as acknowledge by the WPN rep here. They admit the mistake (repeatedly) and do nothing to solve it.

Players play games based on happy hour that are alot tougher than normal and in the end get zero reward. Pure false advertisement and zero effort to make it right towards the players. Dont take this network seriously, if they behalve like this with your money. Blatant false advertising

As i said to you.. It wasnt a mistake it was a technical issue. I am just the messenger here. If i could make sure it doesnt happen i would. Im really sorry. There shouldnt be any more issues
