Payout incorrect?

This is not the first time this has happened to me in an OD game. It says 13 entries pays 4 places and it only paid three. Naturally, I noticed this after I was knocked out in fourth place and did not get paid.

Unless I am missing something, it seems like the software screwed this up. It was only a $9.10 cash, but like I said, this isn't the first time that the payouts and the structure did not match up.
