Owe money on 1 site can j play another? Owe money on 1 site can j play another?

Long store short I owe 400 to Americas cardroom. Long arguement and terrible customer service I've decided to tell them to go scratch. I'm looking to play on another site that is on the same network but different skin. Can Americas cardroom take that money from me if I have it in my new acct? Do they have jurisdiction to do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes they can, and will. You are still the same person, same ID, same network, same IP address, etc.

Just pay it and give yourself some incentive to make the $ back

Or go play on ignition

Regardless, the bots don't lose money so glgl

Seriously op what the **** is wrong with you? You say you are the one who owes but won't pay it back because of poor customer service well I am sorry to say that doesn't exempt you from your responsibility. Using your logic just about anyone who owes anything can come up with a reason not to pay back the debt. Maybe you should look in the mirror and see who is really in the wrong here.

Many people who owe money do just that, take the money when they want it but when it's time to pay it back there's always a reason not to.

Very sad that OP speaks about this debt like it's nothing...

if you have the jurisdiction to stiff them on $400 i imagine they have the jurisdiction to empty your new account. Im glad i dont have these 3rd world problems

I recall Americas Cardroom using iesnare. If so, you're flagged at numerous sites, including Bovada/Ignition for being a stiff player so your account will get blocked shortly after signing up. If you try to deposit on another WPN skin, expect them to just keep it. Many use the same cashier and support.

Just pay your debt. You don't even try to deny you owe it.

How is it possible to owe them money anyways? You can only play with what's on your account. It's not like they are handing out loans or something.

Just imagine you write a bad check, the site puts the $ in ur account assuming the check will clear and you lose the $ before the site realizes the check wont clear.

Deposit with credit/debit card

Lose all money

Call credit/debit card company and file chargeback or whatever

Back in the day Full Tilt was taking e-checks and putting the money into peoples accounts with out ever verifying the funds or clearing the check, pretty sure they didn't even attempt to process them for quite some time.

That's some next level of degeneracy right there.
