Ok, so I took advantage of a reload bonus they offered. I was working on it and had worked off about 25 percent of the bonus. then I opted into the millionaires club bonus to get my seat the Sunday Million. upon completion of that I opted back into the rematch bonus. I was earning APs and the bonus bar was accumulating and resetting but no money was being placed into my bonus to be redeemed section. I sent emails beginning last week(I think last weds). I sent one, no reply. I sent another no reply except that they had received the email. then I got this response jumbled in another issue I was having.

so, I don't know about you guys but I have no idea what that even means. so I sent an email asking what it meant. nothing back. sent another email 3 days ago and was told it had been sent to the IT team and I would hear back in 24 hours. I heard nothing. so I sent yet another email asking about it and I have heard nothing back. so today I log in and check to see if maybe the bonus was there. but the bonus is completely deleted in my client? no more evidence it is there. the bars are gone etc. judging by the only response I did receive regarding this issue does this mean that bc the million had overlay the bonus is void. did they tell anyone about this prior. im basically just really confused and wondering if anyone else has any info they could share. thanks
