Look for the file "user_notes.bin". It's under "profiles" in the client folder. Just copy it over to your new computer in the same location.

Could we add an option to adjust the sound volume in the client?

It is either "Sound" or "No sound" at the moment, and it'd be nice to have something adjustable because the default is too loud with respect to other programs.

It would be nice to have in the client but you can also adjust it in Windows. When you have the client running right click on the speaker icon in the task bar. Open the volume mixer and you can adjust the volume for each application.

+1 on 8-game. I think there's an untapped market for it. Also, having windows sized in a 16:9 ratio might also help for tiling multiple tables efficiently, since most monitors are widescreen these days.

Couple of massive issues in my book. One, stop that horrendous "please wait, we are taking you to another table" taking focus in the middle of the screen stopping you seeing anything for aaaaaaaaages!!

More importantly, in the tab where u can see your current position from how many's left, you need to make it like stars showing also how many is paid. Playing the on demands where bubble is a different number of players each game is hell having to open the lobby for every single hand played once at FT. Literally a life changer this.

I'm having an issue getting to the store in BCP. I get two gray boxes with puzzle pieces where I assume the link to the store is in the rewards section.

The normal advice I've seen is to clear the cache in IE and reload the client. I've done that multiple times along with running windows updates, updating java, making IE the default browser, turning off protected mode in IE, resetting IE, making sure flash is updated, turning off antivirus, and reinstalling the client multiple times. I've searched the forums as much as I can but can't find anymore info.

I'm running Windows10 Pro x64 with IE 11 (although normally chrome is the default). But I get the same thing on my windows 7 machine.



Any suggestions?
