I enter my sn and password and nothing happens.

Ive talked to live chat and have done everything they have suggested and nothing has worked. Deleted cookies, uninstalled client and installed. Updated to newest internet explorer. Removed from firewall.

Has anyone ever had this? Can anyone help me?

Support cant help me cuz they say it is on my end. Can some computer expert help me? I will pay for your time. Pm me

In your IE settings, in the Privacy tab, make sure it's not set to anything higher than Medium-High. That recreated the problem for me.

The current software is full of glitches. Some are quite serious like players not getting seated for JP games they buyin to.

The software is pretty good imo, it just needs to be tuned up and upgraded is all. Seems like they just don't have money to put into software or something.

I just had one of those an hour ago. I thought it was a new table since I was registering, but afterwards I checked the tournament number and it was a completed game.

If you got pt4 you can unlock the hub and put the little box at the top over the numbers. It atleast covers some of it.

For SNG types that don't run that frequently like plo8 it's a little bit odd that there are so many empty sngs in the lobby at any given time. There are 3-4 empty sitngoes at any given time for all levels of stakes and then regular 6-max, regular 9-max, turbo 6-max and then turbo 9-max. It makes it a little difficult and disorientating to find that right kind of sng and makes the whole setup seem like an unused graveyard. Maybe just have one of each type of tournament until that tournament fills? Two at most?

Also I really love the on demand $7 plo8 sngs. Consider adding on demand $15 ones as well?

Agreed. Currently there is no way to change that.

I've given WPN a lot of crap lately for them screwing up SNGs and they still haven't fixed that whatsoever, but I thought I'd give them props where they deserve them. I noticed the new thing in the top left where before the tournament name on the table window it displays the total buyin, including rake, so you don't have to go to the tourney lobby to find out the total if you can't remember. Very nifty.

can someone tell me what happened to auto saving hand histories. i can't replay hands that happened in the same session. they only show up after i reboot the client. how to fix this?

having an issue where I keep being sat out on all my tables at random. I play on BCP. Is this a common issue and is there a work around for it?

BCP was unplayable for me today. was constantly being sat out after random hands I played. additionally the 'I'm back at all tables' button wasn't functional.

it's unfortunate since I had about 7-9 good tables up.

Having an issue with hand histories. When I click the link to the previous hand, it takes me to some random hand instead. Any idea how to fix this?

Requesting 1/2 and pot size bet buttons. Heads up when I have to click 8 times to get the right bet sizing I feel like I'm giving off timing tells.

Also I'll occasionally multitable without a hud and having the label "raises" cover the name of the person who 3bet me for like 5 seconds is super annoying because I have to know whos 3betting me before making a decision.

Also it would be great if there were a way to increase the font size of the chat/potsize etc on the tables. It becomes pretty much unreadable to me when I have a few tables tiled.

It's difficult when multi-tabling to realize when someone straddles or not, the software should indicate a straddle until he has acted on his hand, not just for a second or two.

+1 to this, it becomes a huge issue when I have multiple tables stacked and waiting for an action from me and I'm sitting there waiting for the "raise" to go away.

This too, most of the time I think a straddle is just a min raise.

Is it possible to show the number of total entries in the "Tournament History Details" box when you click the Tourney Name under My Account > Details > Tournament History? I'm trying to keep an accurate log of my tourneys in HEM and sometimes I forget to enter all the details for a couple days. Once the tourney lobby disappears from the main lobby I just have to make an educated guess about how many entries there were based on the guarantee.
