is there something wrong with my software, or are there really ZERO people online playing cash? all the cash game tables are empty. but the MTTs seem to be running.

- Don't put money into "wallet". Is there really any reason for this at all?

- Allow time zones to be changed. This leads to confusion with MTT schedule.

- Automatically re-seat in mttsng's and mtt's

- I have had a $30 sng in my "my tournaments" section for around a year. Why doesn't this go away? Am I owed $30?

Most of the sitngo's in the lobby are listed in bright red. Bright red is the most difficult color to read on a computer screen. My eyes would certainly be grateful if you used some other color.

Is this the right place to report bugs?

There is a bug in the Lobby Filters:

The Standard (40-100 BB Max) filter erroneously causes the Short (20-50 BB Max) tables to be displayed, even if the Short tables box is not checked.

I'm sick of missing hands because I changed tables in an MTT. There is no reason to sit the player out! This has to be a simple fix for your developers. This must be driving other players insane too. Also, I can't act on other tables when the popup says I am switching tables. I mentioned this before, but I don't think I have seen an official response. Why does WPN do this?

A little off topic but any help help would be appreciated. I am trying to post some HH here on 2+2. The hands have been imported to PT4 but when I try to paste it in HH converter here it says there is a formatting error. Probably an extremely easy fix/conversion but i am a noob with teh hand histories,

Currently in $250 new depositor freeroll. No one was active at my table so i got all their chippies but there are full tables that all are inactive and there are no cards being dealt at their table.

Will they eventually just be removed from the game?

This is on ACR, just getting a feel for the site with a few freerollls.

Moving a table to the edge of the screen auto maximizes the table. This is so annoying.

WinningTD: Couple things that are getting to me, First I set up rakeback through you and my account shows ZERO earned despite playing hrs and hrs on 3-4 tables of 25nl and 50nl.

Secondly everytime I ask Customer Support a question in live chat they want me to emails someone....wth. Why even have a live support if they cant answer anything, takes at least 10min to get the email this dept or that dept. What gives

And you can only get a reload bonus during certain times of the month....lol come on now....

IS THERE ANY LEGIT REASON TO PLAY HERE AT ALL?

this is a "feature" of microsoft Windows, not of this poker software.

i'm sure WPN can disable this feature for their poker tables. but in the meantime, you can disable it in Windows settings.

still need to fix when a player is AI.

today at 50/100 folds to be in the SB, the BB has 7 chips and I have to complete an action. i havent done it yet i dont think, but would it have been possible to fold? because i have the choice to
