Now this is some insightful stuff. So if you are on the cut off (thats the one before the button) and you are on a full table....how many hands will you miss till you get dealt in a hand?

I double checked last night and the first hand your in if your dealt a hand right after switching tables in a tourney definitely has you sitting out. I had AKo in the SB and for kicks I wanted to see if it would autofold or not pretty early in a tourney so I didn't hit the red button at bottom of page and I was folded. It's one of the bigger problems I think the coders should try and fix first. This really only sucks when your in very early position like UTG/UTG+1/2 and can't hit deal me in before it gets to you. Can you look into this TDWINNING?

Winning TD please return 11am 500gtd to a $4 rebuy. It was profitable, to add another $6r/500gtd isnt the smartest thing to do. No one likes these tournaments. Before the 6/500 almost never went off at the same time the 11am 4/500 always met gtd and had over 51players. Here i sit 10 mins left of reg and there is31 players. Try it and you will see this is correct. I am writting this in every wpn forum i can find in the hopes u take this seriously

Sorry if im seeming ignorant here but i dont see how this is possible. If this was the case in the small blind then it means you would of had to be sitting out for a whole round as if you are moved tables then you wouldnt be dealt into the blinds. The developers are trying to fix the problem i have screenshots and they have info on this problem. Please correct me if im wrong. Also one thing i would ask as its a massive help. I know its not your guys jobs to do, but any problem you have with the software, try and grab a screenshot and send it to me so i can forward it on. The more evidence we get of any problems the better chance we have of figuring the problem and getting it fixed quickly!

I can confirm this isnt the case. It does sit you out if you move tables and a hand is going on at that new table, but as soon as you get dealt cards it sits you in. OP maybe got it confused, but you deff dont miss any hands.

One thing that I can't stand about Americas Cardroom is when exiting from a table, it asks you "are you sure" and then once you do exit out, the lobby pops up which annoys the crap out of me, especially when playing 15+ tables and the lobby keeps popping up when exiting some tables.

I'm new to ACR, so I'm repeating things I'm sure others have already pointed out:

1. Why have the Deal Me In button at all when you're in a MTT and switching tables? Just sit out if the player got to the new table as small blind or after the current hand is dealt, deal in otherwise and sit the player out if the player times out. This is what I'm used to from other sites, and I don't perceive an advantage (to the player, the nature of the game, or the site) to using the button at all.

2. At showdown against another player in either an MTT or a cash game, players involved in the showdown should be able to see the winning AND losing hands at showdown - hence the term "showdown". Even in live play at a cards room, it is the winning hand's right to see the losing hand(s) that got to showdown (albeit typically only on request I think).

3. I don't understand how to search for a specific MTT.

4. Hugely annoying to only be able to bring up info about one MTT (MTT lobby) at a time. It'd be ok if I could display within the table window relevant stats (players left, position, largest/average/smallest stack, bubble), otherwise very difficult/time consuming to switch the MTT lobby from one MTT to another.

ok dont know if thas been mentioned yet..there is a glitch that if you satty into a mtt and the mtt doesnt start that you dont receive your tourney bucks and you have to contact support to be able to receive your tourney bucks.it can be very annoying trying to communicate with support as your multi-tabling and deep in stuff..they have however fixed the problem the last three times this has happened so thats good

We have got this on the list for new releases. Again i dont like to give specific times because things do change. But for me this is a priority. This is something i do push to be done ASAP. Just for peace of mind it is coming..

1. Would be nice if we could have buttons similar to stars built into the software to make a custom bet amount(say 50%,65%,100% or whatever)

2. I'm new to the site, but would be nice if you added a "Stack Windows" in addition to "cascade" and "tile" buttons.

If the software uses the windows programming interfaces, the stacked tables should be something that can be added without much effort.

Every time I click the the table in a place where the felt is, my hud disappears. It goes behind the table. I continuously have to shrink my table, click on my hud for it to reappear. Why is this?

I'm using PT4, and have never had this issue until I started playing on WPN.

Never mind. I am a Mac user. I tried to use the software through winebottler. That was the issue. I've now tried through Parallels, it works just fine. Sorry for the unnecessary post.

pretty much 100% there is a stack feature.

+1 to multiple tourney lobbies being able to be open simultaneously. I like that the tourney details feature is in the works, very nice TD

lastly, please consider what I have stated earlier. when stacking tables it would be so player friendly if the new table that pops to front could be given action. currently when stacking, the new table that pops to front needs to be clicked to assign an action, action should be able to be assigned without clicking

Can we expect to see a MAC version any time soon??

I myself am using a mac. You can run the software using either bootcamp or parallels. I prefer the second. It gives you a 14 day free trial, and then you have to purchase it. But its only $70 and its really useful heres the link.

Also is it possible to have a feature to help you multi table? For instance say i want to 4 table HU hyper turbos (or any type of SNG for that matter), I think it would be great to have a tool registering you automatically until I'm at the desired capacity.

Just came back to ACR after playing elsewhere for a few months. I just wanted to say, thank you for the black on black table themes! Now, if we could get a "discuss deal" option at the final table.

Normally it can be removed from your settings you just click for it not to appear.

Is there anyway tables could be programmed to pop up in an event of a software crash? I know you said you are stretched thin but these crashes are really costly.

If you aren't aware, me and several other people have experienced husng tables freezing upon closing (a single table, not all of them) and then the only solution is to restart the program.

No joke, this happens every 1-2 days. I have to open all of my 4+ tables manually while being blinded out, not fun.

I try to talk to support but I have found them really bad about just giving me the same canned response as if it's my ISP's problem.
