Only thing I noticed is that the player details window (Window that pops up when you double click on player at the table) got a makeover.

What the ****?

Why in the world are they spending time on things like this when there are countless complaints with the software that haven't been addressed?

Why in the hell would they just ignore the most pressing issues, and work on things that literally noone gives two ****s about?

Such an incompetent network.

afaict the player notes pop up is still the same on bcp for me.

After random after x amount of time, the software doesn't allow me to register for a sng. To solve the problem I have to restart the client. Not sure what triggers it, but can happen anywhere after 10min or 3 hours.

The more you constantly click on the register button, the better the chance of this happening. Click on the register button and then wait for the window to pop up that asks if you wanna pay in cash our T$ bucks; otherwise if you keep clicking on it waiting for it to open, this will keep happening. It's probably going to happen to you every once in a while anyway but this seems to help for some reason.

I was having the same problem last week. It's ridiculously annoying and if you multi-table it completely messes up your grind. All I can say is I hope they're looking at these issues seriously despite the fact that there isn't any WPN rep in here acknowledging them.

Nah, he was talking about the Player Information box that opens when you double left click on a player's seat. A box appears giving information such as date account was created, city, etc. It used to even allow players to enter things like their favorite type of poker, their favorite hand, and other useless drivel that literally no one messed with.

I suppose that boxes re-design that 90% of players didn't even know existed, and noone used anyways, was just crucial to the network.

I'm far from an IT guy, but I can only hope that the reason they made these minor fixes is because they were easier to implement than some of the crucial updates we're all hoping for. It's not an excuse for them, but I have to assume this does matter to some extent.

I PM'ed the WPN tournament director a few days ago and he did tell me they are looking for a WPN-specific 2p2 rep. I don't think this needs to be private but if so, I apologize in advance. Anyways this was his PM reply:

I'm not an IT guy either, but it just doesn't make sense to spend time fixing minor things that I don't believe anyone has complained about, while not fixing things that many people are complaining about. Especially, when I would assume that things like auto-timebank aren't major projects (for anyone that knows, how difficult or time involved should this be?). And even then, with the complaints that are major projects to fix, they should still be devoting their time to fixing it, rather than pumping out minor fixes that really doesn't benefit anyone, and that most people won't notice or care about.

It just seems like a very inefficient way to improve the network, and one that is not at all centered around what's best for the customer.

I just don't see how the programmers/developers can be getting the word that people are consistently complaining about all the issues presented in this thread (especially the prominent ones that everyone is asking for), yet not devote their time to fixing those problems. Even when it came to the software "upgrade" (still in quotes because it was barely an upgrade), 95% of what they implemented was things that the majority of people weren't asking for. While only a few things that people asked for were addressed (and half-assedly at that, since filters still suck).

And I feel like everyone keeps giving them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone expected a lot of good changes with the "upgrade", and we didn't receive them. A fair number of people's responses was that those issues will be addressed in the next release, and that the upgrade was to make it easier for those issues to be addressed. Yet, we haven't even been told when the hell that will be. And haven't seen any of those real changes as of yet.

All the while, they are still raking players to death, and running promotions that are just bad for the game. Where the hell is all the money going to? They don't have to spend money on marketing. They aren't spending too much money on promotions (I mean players pay for their 'rake race' and pay them an 'administration fee' for it). So why the hell can't they spend some of it on development and fix the damn issues that are keeping players from coming to the network?

So this thread is just getting dodged now. Neither ACR_Rep or BCP_Rep have posted in around two weeks. Not just this thread, but at all.

ACR rep said on 8/06 that BCP/True would have the rest of the themes in a week. Over two weeks later, and no reasoning for why we haven't gotten them yet or when to expect them.

Over two weeks since they have said anything about this 'next release' that is supposed to fix the problems they failed to address in their "major" update. No ETA. No information on what will be fixed, and why it wasn't addressed in the update. Nothing.

A little communication is not too much to ask for.

Lol. Just puts WPN to shame. It's only been up and running for 4 months and it's done more than WPN ever has. So ******ed you need to live in Nevada though.

Can you please correct the Pl/Fl stat in the lobby? There's no way it's accurate.

How are we adding custom mods? I replace a table with a custom one but it updates it one client start replacing it with the default. I set the file to "read only" and it still changes it which is weird because that works on Bovada. There's no .exe/update.exe wither like Stars.

Just hit the close button when the popup that downloads the default pictures starts.

I modded some cards as well and it kept ****ing changing back every time I opened the client. So annoying. I don't want to have to snipe the close button every time I open it.

You can use the program 'Table Tamer'. Once setup, you can simply make sure it's running before opening the WPN client, and it will close the box for you stopping the download of the default graphics.

What site reps read this forum? This problem needs to be addressed.

First level support is ignoring me and blaming the problem on my ISP.

It has happened to me, as well, but not often.

Please remove the TB(tourney buck) from the buy in while looking at the lobby. It boggles my mind why you guys have the cash buy in followed by the TB buy in when they are always the same. All it does is make the lobby look clunky and harder to read. It tilts me every time.

This may be beyond your capacity considering how long it takes you to update the simplest of things, but it would be nice if the sportsbook could be accessed from a phone through an application or just a web browser.

Before the upgrade, when a table popped up because it was active, I could fold using F1. After the upgrade, when a table pops to the front, F1 does nothing. I have to mouse to that table, click the mouse on it, then hit F1 to fold. I don't have to use the mouse to make my action; I just have to activate the table by clicking on it anywhere. Please fix this.

When tables pop to the front, make the Function buttons work.
