I have this problem ever since I got my new laptop 3 weeks ago. I've come across a few others that have the same problem. I've tried everything you could ever imagine to fix it. The only way I can use the sportsbook is to open it from my other laptop that runs XP. Black Chip IT just stopped responding to me so I'm guessing they are either in progress trying to fix it or just don't care. From what I can figure out, it is some kind of a problem with Windows 8 users. You have Windows 8 I'm guessing? A problem that seems to go hand in hand with this one is that the Bonus page under Rewards just goes to page cannot be displayed HTTP error 500. I'm assuming this is also happening to you? Hopefully its fixed soon.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I also have Windows 8. I don't get the Script Error message on BCP or ACR. Only TruePoker for some reason. Which sucks because TruePoker is the only site I have funds on at the moment lol. I'm waiting on an email back from support. Hopefully they'll have some good advice on getting this fixed. If they do I'll update here. GL!

The software update definitely was a step in the right direction, definitely far from perfect (preferred seating, mucked hands, etc). Given that Winning has known about these complaints for years and has yet to fix them, I have to assume it is on purpose.

Anyway, I noticed that HU tables auto post when someone sits you. Is this a change with the update? I did a quick search through this sub-forum and didn't see anything. I do not remember this being the case pre-update.

That is interesting. I haven't tried ACR or True Poker to see if I get the errors there but I guess it doesn't much matter because all my funds are on BCP. Good luck on a fix and I'll also update here if I figure out anything.

It's a miracle! I logged on this evening and there was no update on BCP but the bonus page and sportsbook both work now error free. Hopefully this is a permanent fix. Check your True Poker and see if it works.

Wow. I had been trying all day and was still getting the script error. Hadn't tried for a couple hours before reading your reply. Pulled up the sports tab and didn't get the script error and was able to transfer my balance over to the sportsbook. I'm guessing with the screenshots we sent and bugging them really helped. I'd also like to thank Customer Support Representative Marcos L. on his help with the problem I had. He's the most helpful Rep I've come across on WPN. Most others just give the generic response, but Marcos L. helped me for an hour on live chat and immediately sent me an email letting me know he sent my screenshots to the correct department so they could take a look at it. A couple hours later my problem was fixed, and I have a feeling it wouldn't be without his help. Thanks Marcos L! Give that guy a raise.

Doesn't look like it was anything more then routine maintenance. At least i haven't noticed anything different.

Why in the world does BCP still only have 1 table theme?

last night was the first time in over a week i played cash on bcp.

it's been a month since the "software upgrade" and nothing has changed.

I've put money on Bovada, and started doing some of my volume there.

I've also recommended to at least 5 people that asked me what site to play on, not to deposit on WPN due their blatant ignoring of software issues and their horrible promotions that rake players to death.

I'll continue to do both, costing the network at least some money until changes are made.

I wish it was at all possible to have some sort of sit out, where everyone agreed not to play until the issues were addressed. I bet just a few days of hundreds/thousands of players not playing, and the network would roll out an update addressing all the issues right quick. But the logistics of that don't really seem possible. Since the more regs we convince to sit out here on 2p2, the juicier the games are (since fish won't be sitting out), thus the more incentive for the regs to stop sitting out. Not to mention the massive grinders would continue playing so they could continue their Beast earnings.

At first I thought some of the people were being negative about the software and the update. Now I realize I was the one being overly optimistic.

The HU SNG's are mind tilting when it comes to trying to register for a game. Sometimes it's instant when I click register. Sometimes it takes 20 seconds. Sometimes it never opens and the only way it appears to "fix" itself (temporarily) is to log out and back in (not doing this while in a game). Doesn't matter if you try to open the actual game lobby and register or if you register from the main lobby. It effectively renders multi-tabling into a coinflip as to whether or not a session will be stopped so I can log in and out. Idk, maybe it's not that big of an issue b/c the games never fill anyways. Feeling more and more like lipstick on a pig.



Aesthetically the upgrade has the deck and graphics looking great. It's still in need of a lot of work though. I don't care if I only have one background. I need functionality. The improved deck is a great start. Please continue, and soon??

Meh, I agree that functionality is the biggest importance. But a simple or all black theme would make things so much easier on the eyes while playing. Currently the table theme on BCP is entirely too distracting at times.

They definitely don't need to spend any more time on graphics without first getting other functionality issues fixed. But they could get the table themese already created and running on ACR also running on BCP.

I don't disagree with you at all. I too prefer the most basic and plain-appearance table possible. I just feel like they should focus on the most pressing issues first and then expand. Software glitches or issues relating to non-aesthetics imo is where the starting point is. I'm sure they are on the same page here. I don't claim to understand how much work and time goes into the preparation and implementation of such changes, but I rarely - if ever - see any WPN kind of support in here replying and at the very least acknowledging that they're aware of these problems.

Is there an active WPN rep (not BCP or ACR specific rep) that replies here on 2p2 regarding general concerns, and not just a tournament representative?

I kinda hate the whole network with multiple skins thing. Seems like a good way for the network to dodge scrutiny, or at least not have to really answer to anyone. Since everyone will bitch to the site reps, who really have no authority over fixing the issues that people are complaining about in most instances. Instead, they can only pass along our concerns to the network. And any information we get isn't from the source, so when it undoubtedly is incorrect or lackluster, we don't know who to blame.

According to support, this update was "for software connection upgrades to ensure there is always compatibility when logging to your account."

Some issues in the Hyper HUSNGs. At the $24s (and some of the other higher buyins) blind levels are getting skipped.

Level 3 20/40 is skipped. So is level 5 and 6 30/60 + 40/80.

Basically the hyper is going:

15/30----25/50----50/100 instead of

15/30---20/40---25/50---30/60---40/80---50/100.

$12s, $36s and $60s are fine.... just the $24s
