The bet size slide thing still sucks. It's too small and I often have to click it 10 times to get it to go to 4 bb. I would say make the thing bigger or somehow easier to use.

Too many buttons and buttons are too small.

Let me sit out for longer before removing me from a table. There's barely enough time to take a **** after I sit out. This forces me to abandon my tables without sitting out so that I have enough time to take care of business. This annoys the other players. But what do u want me to do when it took me 15 minutes to get through the waitlist in the first place?

When I join a wait list, I don't want to be asked if I really want to join that waitlist or I want the next available table. Try to put as little effort between me and joining a table as possible.

The thing displays the cards I muck preflop to let me see if I would have flopped the nuts. What good does it do you to tilt me? I'm already paying 3 rakes and clicking the slide 1 milliion times to cbet.

I often have to stare at a full ring table for 30 seconds to see how many players saw the flop. For whatever reason it's hard to see. Please make it easier. Though this could be my fault.

Additional things that would be a good idea:

Is there anyway to change the tourney start times to a different time zone? I get pretty confused sometimes.

This. It use to work fine until they put a few coats of paint on the software.

Any chance you could make the color tags bigger so easier to differentiate and thus make it easier to tag players. I for example mark players with the notes such as, TaG, LaG, Loose Passive, Fish, Tight/nit and Maniac.

So.... When are we going to be seeing those other themes for Black Chip Poker?

Me thinks we were duped on just how awesome this upgrade was supposed to be. So far, it's only been a disappointment. Fix the damn table focus issues.

i've played less than 1.5k hands since the software update.

i mean, we need some actual upgrades, its been two weeks. i dont want to be all "lipstick on a pig..." but its so fitting atm.

This change has honestly been a pretty big downgrade of playability for me, not using hotkeys and timing out when looking at the lobby, joining new tables etc makes my play slower and results in me playing less.

I haven't noticed a single change that wasn't simply cosmetic and the playability of the software hasn't improved at all. In fact I think it is worse since there is no option for a straight black theme that doesn't distract your eyes when multitabling

can you please do something to fix your server... I have been getting disconnected from the server more times than I can count...

For BCP... The bonuses page has just flipped back and forth from "page cannot be displayed error 500" to the default of "We are experiencing problems, its not you its us!" for the last 3 days. Is this working for anyone else? Also my sportsbook opens but every page that loads has script errors and when I try to transfer funds from poker to sportsbook it just loads and never transfers. I'm running windows 8 on a new laptop, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Just exactly how long does it take to implement auto-timebank, preferred seating, etc? I mean, everyone kept saying that the new "upgrade" would allow for these things to be more easily implemented. So... when are we going to see them? Another year?

On BCP we are still only rocking one theme =(.

I did have this issue a few days ago and it was fixed within a couple of hours that day after I contacted live chat.
The software itself runs much smoother (especially when playing multiple tables) but that is just my personal impression.

whats with the antes it seems like it takes forever to post antes. i feel like all this adds up over the course of a tournament.

I've contacted them several times to no avail. This will be the 5th day. Another weird problem that started is my sportsbook pops up with script errors on every page. I can click yes or no but regardless of what I click when I try to transfer funds from poker to sportsbook it just freezes on the processing. I am running Windows 8 and have the newest versions of IE, java, and flash. I've also re-installed several times. Just baffled by this.

when i'm trying to read the tournament schedule in the main lobby, the list of tournaments is constantly being refreshed. is there a way that anyone knows of to lock it so this doesn't happen? man, that's annoying!

Me: Sucks still. It was 99% graphical changes, with very limited functionality changes. There is a sit our next bb (all) button now, an I'm back on all tables button, half broken game filters, and games run smoother, but other than that, no other real changes for the good.

Still no auto-timebank. Still no preferred seating. They ****ed something up so BCP only has 1 theme available, and haven't fixed that (not a simple black theme either). Something is ****ed with the tables no longer stealing focus when they need action unless another table had focus. So like when looking through the lobby for games, a table that needs action won't pop to the front like it should.

It's ****ing stupid. BBJ/Beast is still going. They even added a One Year anniversary promotion for this month by adding in Daily + Weekly Beast payouts for the top 10 spots (which is ****ing insane to get).

I swear the network has to be run by people that just don't give a **** to here of constant outcry to fix the most basic of ****, and just not care to do it.
I mean, you can still play there and put in hands. But they don't make it easy to do, while pushing a promotion where the entire gimmick is put in volume.

I'm still playing there primarily. But did put like $200 on Bovada to mess around with and see what's up. That site sucks also (no auto-topoff, anon tables, 4 table max, etc). But the play there is pretty damn soft, and they don't seem to rake you to death.

It DEFINITELY does significantly. Not to mention how mind numbingly painful it is to watch each individual ante being put out at a snails pace

Yes, the table themes should be there now (For ACR they are there, next week for BCP and True). The rest were originally part of the requirements for the new software, but never made it into the release candidate. They are coming in likely the next release.

The bug for the Short tables should now be fixed. Are you talking about a filter for Omaha?

This was originally supposed to be displayed in the title bar of the main client, however it was not completed in time for the initial release. Therefore, it’s coming in the next release.

Actually to be very clear, are they going to implement auto-timebank and preferred seating in this next release? And is the issue of tables no longer stealing focus going to be addressed? Tables should always steal focus and pop to the front unless action is required on another table. Otherwise, it makes things like looking through the lobby a huge hassle, as every time an action is needed, you must go looking for the table.

Because honestly, if they aren't addressed, and if it isn't soon, I'm very likely to switch sites. Bovada has just released a Rush/Zoom variant that is likely to garner them even more action. They will likely be getting my business in the near future if these issues aren't sorted soon.

As of right now, I've already started telling everyone that asks what site to play on (and it's quite a few) to avoid WPN until they get their **** together and actually address the issues so many players are expressing concern over.

This whole "next release" business sounds pretty familar. Given that seemed to be the WPN warcry since I've been here (when BCP moved). Just wait until the next release. It's awesome. You won't be disappointed. It's coming soon. Yet, numerous issues weren't addressed and some new major issues were created.
