Why must a whole new lobby open up when you click on the tourney or sit n go tabs? A new lobby doesn't seem to be needed when you click on Omaha or Other tabs. Why can't the tournament and SNG games simply be populated in the already existing lobby?

And is it likely that we will be getting preferred seating and auto-timebank in the near future? Because those are the important things that needed implementing.

Do you know why this is? Is it just a software limitation? Has wpn addressed this problem at all?

I agree and if you follow the arrow link to the right of the blackchiprep's name in that post I quoted you will see that no one else cared for that explanation either.

So another issue with software is when the software locks up (as it did today and I was blinded out of two HyperHUSNG's)and you happen to get it back after shutting down ect...(basically scrambling to get it to connect) There is no indication as to where you are seated and what your active games are. I had to go through all the lists and click, open sub lobby and look to see if it said take your seat.

Good Lord, where do I start?

1. Played a tournament that had late registration for "120 minutes". 2 hours later registration was still available and did not close until 130 minutes. I realize they probably meant eight 15 minute blind levels, but just state that instead of 120 minutes.

2.At FT tournament locked up about 3 times. I had to exit the table and re sit. Each time I was timed out. It wasn't my internet connection because everyone else was complaining about it and my porn was still downloading at lightning speed.

3. Levels that are supposed to take 15 minutes still take 16-17 minutes. Can still only open one tournament lobby at a time. It seemed like players were busted out of a re entry tournament but still able to re enter 3-4 minutes later. How long do you have to re enter?

4. Possibly the worst part of this update is that the damn bonus that was supposed to be "forever", now expires in 6 months. I can understand applying this new rule to new deposit bonuses, but you can't go back and now say my bonus has an expiration. It's like changing the drinking age to 22 and arresting everyone who ever drank at age 21.

Now that they actually have legit looking software, maybe they can address the real issues that affect game play and the integrity of the game, but I doubt that will ever happen.

If the ACR rep ever reads this could you please respond by addressing all 4 of my points?

As far as preferred seating that all keep complaining about, I'd rather have tournament tickets implemented first.

It's much more difficult to see what's going on with the current theme on BCP than it was before. It seems like the things that should be standing out aren't, while everything else is too bright.

Is this why I now have to click on a table after it pops up to be able to use the hotkeys/scroll wheel? Or is this something my end?

Also, did the bar showing peoples actions raise/call etc stay until the action was over before? Now it seems harder to tell at a glance the action which has gone before when a table pops up, its tough to tell if someone has posted or limped for example.

How ****ing hard is to get auto time bank????? And on top of that how stupid is it that if you get timed out and click sit back in before the next hand is dealt, u still have to wait for BB???????

How ****ing hard is it to not time out? Auto time bank slows the games down horribly. The fish get annoyed and switch tables or quit, and the non-handicapped regs get annoyed that you don't know how to multi-table.

The way the site is currently setup with the Beast/BBJ, it essentially encourages mass multi-tabling. It's main promotion is about putting in as much volume as you can, gaining points, and getting paid for it.

And it's not so much about the timebank on the active table not automatically activating, as it is about the timebanks on all the other tables not activating. When I run into a difficult decision and need to take time, I have no trouble pressing the timebank on the table with the difficult decision. The problem arises on the other tables. They no longer pop to the front since you already have a table demanding action, and their timebanks aren't activated. So you take time on the table you need, but on all the other tables you are timing out.

When if there was an auto-timebank, when I hit my timebank it would activate on all other tables as well. And I'd actually get my additional time to think about the tough decision. Rather than have to spend that time hearing all the other tables beeping for acton, or trying to hurry through my other tables to click the timebank there as well.

Honestly, when a site takes additional rake for a promotion that encourages large amounts of volume, I don't think it's outrageous to ask for a little bit of help and to put in an auto-timebank. The fact that they haven't is rather infuriating honestly.

face lift only, nothing important to me changed...still disconnecting me and timing me out...not payable for me. Have to fight both the players and the software. So long. They didn't improve anything.

is anybody have this problem. Everytime i join a cash game and click to sit down it buys me in the for minimum automatically. Then i usually have to add more after my 1st hand. Why won't it let me choose how much i wanna buy inf or!!

i havent had that problem, the auto buyin/auto top up works perfectly for me.

its at 6handed table and i don't wanna auto buyin automatically for the minimum i determine what i buyin based on the stacks at the table.
