I'm having an issue getting to the store in BCP. I get two gray boxes with puzzle pieces where I assume the link to the store is in the rewards section.
The normal advice I've seen is to clear the cache in IE and reload the client. I've done that multiple times along with running windows updates, updating java, making IE the default browser, turning off protected mode in IE, resetting IE, making sure flash is updated, turning off antivirus, and reinstalling the client multiple times. I've searched the forums as much as I can but can't find anymore info.
I'm running Windows10 Pro x64 with IE 11 (although normally chrome is the default). But I get the same thing on my windows 7 machine.
Any suggestions?
