Hi! I have a problem sometimes during playing. It shows "disconnect", my cards getting folded and I get sitted out. There is no problem with my internet connection and this isn't happening on all the tabbles I'm playing on. Have someone else experienced something like this? What could be the reason of this problem and how could I fix it? Thank you in advance for your replies!

I look forward to the day when I can play on PokerKing and not crash once during a session. Usually it crashes like 5 times per session. Will limit my volume during OSS and BOSS until problem is resolved.

Observing some tables on wpn. Does anyone find the chip betting whether preflop raise size or even when the blinds and antes posted annoying? Even when a player folds, the sound is not good. The sound of it is very unpleasing. Does anyone else feel this way?

Not exactly sure if this is the right place, it's more of a glitch in the software.

In the HUPLO lobby the short tables for 2/4 disappeared about a week ago. They remained for every other stake. I'm assuming this wasn't intentional to only remove short tables from one stake. If it was, it wasn't communicated to the regular players.

I talked to BCP support a few times and was twice told that the tables were there (they definitely are not). On the 3rd go the support agent agreed with me and told me he'd look into it about 5 days ago. Yet the issue remains unresolved.

Please look into this. I realise it's a somewhat limited amount of your player base who frequent this particular lobby, but it should be taken as seriously as if a table type disappeared overnight for the most popular offering.

The Mac client still has glitches that make it near unusable at times, such as time banks not activating at certain times and players being auto-sat out after table changes. I initially reported both of these issues shortly after the Mac client was released in October 2015, but there has been ZERO progress on either of these as far as I can tell. It is unfathomable that ACR is adding avatars but not making it so a significant segment of the player pool can happily grind on the client. More than once this glitch cost me significant $ equity.

AFAIK they don't have this option, but this would be the nuts and would be easy to implement imo

Instead of avatars and double or nothing gimmicks when we close out a cash game table, how about creating a tab or something to separate PL Omaha games from NL Omaha games?

How long is the new stuff supposed to take to download. I have screaming internet and this update is taking eons

Not a software issue but feel you guys should better train your support team. You have the worst support team I have ever seen that can't answer the most basic of questions.

I often like to click someone to see their reg date and city if they are new to me and its annoying how it changes my avatar to whatever they have when I do this.

Does anyone know how to take off the link by the players name that says 'A link to share this table has been copied to your clipboard'

This is new since I last logged on. Surely there is a way to turn it off.

I wish I knew how to turn it off too. It's pretty silly anyway. Probably 1 out 100 people might want to use that.
