New cards, coming very soon to Winning Poker Network. These cards are bigger, better for table resizing and will help, in particular, with anyone who plays Omaha...

thats it...only new cards? i was hoping for a better improvement then that.

Already mentioned, but being able to have more than one tournament lobby would be nice.

Also:

-Fix the lobby display, so that one can scroll down the prize pool list.
-Add hfh to tournaments.
-In PL cash games (maybe tournaments too?), fix the "pot" button, as in limped pots it always fails to include the BB if you're raising from the BB.
-Speed up the rate at which tournament lobbies update and fix the glitches that sometimes lead to tables being omitted from the lobby view altogether.
-Let players convert tournament tickets won via satellite into T$.

I dare say about time, because the Omaha cards were a PITA.

I can confirm they are now green and also nicely visible in mini view.

Yeah they are green when you use the 4 color deck.

not in the full card format... also bring back the old 4 card format for the full colored cards... the white outlines on all the cards are killing the eyes and just look bad

Just as an update - on BCP they are green but on ACR for whatever reason still yellow Still light years better to multi table and play Omaha with these new cards.

This should be taken care of in the new lobby and table, which is coming. I know this seems to be taking forever, but it will be worth it! I know it’s not perfect, but if you go to Game Info > My Tournaments, you can quickly navigate to the tournaments you’re in. However, you’re right and they should pop up.

Yup! This is right at the top of the list. I’m not sure if it’s going to make the new client, but our product manager is pushing very hard to get this in. The tiling was designed to always keep things uniform while minimizing overlap, and to date, no one has complained about this. If we get enough people asking for this change, we will make it. However, so far, I think you’re the only one who has asked for this. Ring Game filters are definitely a big part of the new lobby.

You make a really great point. In the new lobby we will be adding a filter that allows you to filter out tables you’re sitting at. We’re also going to be adding the bold/italic tables you’re sitting at, however, this part may not be released immediately due to sizing issues. We’re working on it though and the filter is confirmed certainly.

Yes to both points! Avatars will not be immediately ready in the new version, but they’re not far behind. Correct tournament lobby will be part of the new version.

I can assure you the new sounds will be part of the new version. As for them playing when you’re not on that table, it’s not there, but it’s close behind.


1) We are working on the single MTT lobby issue. It’s requiring a lot of refactoring and some core changes to the way tournaments send/receive information, which means, it’s not going to be ready immediately. It is coming, it’s number 1 on the list after the new version. We feel your pain and we wish we could have this today.

Thank you for your feedback. I think the important thing for us to do is make these configurable. Some people are going to want 3/4 , while some might want 4/5 etc. We’re going to add a feature for these configurable, in the near future.

YES! God how annoying is the prize pool list. Our product manager has been personally trying to get this changed for almost 2 years and finally it’s being addressed! It will be part of the new version.

This is part of the refactoring and changes mentioned above. You’re not alone here and we’re aware of it. We’re working on this and have some plans for it.

I agree with you about the white outline on the cards, absolutely hideous. Also, are the cards actually larger? If so, just barely. To me, this update was a step back, not a step forward. To be fair, I don't play Omaha, so maybe the new cards are an improvement for Omaha players.

I see where ACR Rep has made a post in this thread, and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your contribution to the new sub forum!

The overall size may be almost the same, but the card symbols itself are by far bigger and it makes a HUGE difference at Omaha. Feel free to join the Holdemx2 tables, we need new fish

Include an indicator for when someone straddles like you do with fold/call/raise.

I am playing right now, and it does seem a little easier on the eyes to multi-table (or in my case, two table). So yea, good job on the revised cards. I still don't like the white border though. Also, It would be nice to see a side by side pre update/post update image comparison of the redesigned cards. Does anyone know how to do that?
