My debit card expired over the summer. Just asked for a new one and have to go the verification route again. Now they want a scan of your SS card?????? Guess I'll just use checks.

Not sure why they would need a scan of your SS card but they probably have the number already since they do request that on the application.

I would call ACR back and talk to someone else to see if they can get you the card without having to give a scan of your SS card.

I didn't have to give it before. ~ 2 or 3 yrs ago. Just had to give scan of drivers license drivers and standard verification. Guess its a different company or just increased security.

The number itself should be enough.

If you are worried about them having that then I get it but keep in mind in today's world of technology if you have provided that anywhere else whether it's a credit card, loan, etc... that information can be obtained by creditors and could even be out there to certain people who want it with all of this hacking going on today.

The most important thing you can do to protect yourself is keeping good passwords that aren't easy to hack, make sure you have no malware/spyware/viruses on your computer, and have as secure of online banking as you can.

With that said I would feel horrible giving them a scanned copy of my SS card too and the number itself should be more then enough.

you can also deposit by trading a prepaid card #/funds with a trader and they'll transfer you BCP funds. i know of guys who use netspend, vanilla, etc. you can also usually trade with someone for boa funds, wells fargo, bitcoin, etc

I was over MG send limit online so sent in person, submitted the info 3 times to live support and they said there was an error each different time. It's been over 12hrs since I first submitted the info and was told I have to go in person and cancel it and try another name, does that mean I'm about to get banned by MG or wtf is going on? Never have had this problem ever on any site.

Did you call MG and check on the transaction? They will usually just tell you if you got banned from their services ...

I think live chat were just idiots they misspelled the sender's name when they gave the info to their pick up people and said there was an error, then I had to repeat this process 2 other times and then right now they told me the place is closed so to just cancel it and do another transaction, too much of a pain in the azz so I gave up.

i scanned the last 2 months and didn't see anything about this, so apologies if it's been discussed, but i'm just now seeing this pay2card option - it seems it's supposed to function as a credit to any debit/credit card. seems too good to be true... anyone have any experience w that?

I think this was just added. Says it will even cash out to a card you didn't use to deposit.

What's the deal with the check cashouts? I cashed out a week ago and it confirmed the cashout and the mone was removed. However, I never got an update saying it was processed or sent out. I assume they just send them out and don't update you or should I be contacting support?

Just tried the pay2card option will see how long it takes. Support said 24/48 for security to process and 4-5 days to send it.

Sounds like with pay2card you can just simply have any visa/mastercard bank debit card you own credited up to:

Limits
• Min: $100 per transaction, daily
• Max: $2,500 per transaction, daily
• Monthly: $10,000 per month, per card

It says $10k per month, per card so by that I wonder if you had a few bank accounts if you could get up to $10k per month on them based off these restrictions which would mean you are spreading your withdraws out staying within the guidelines.

Go to transactions under account at the top. They update it there instead of an e-mail.
