Fair enough, I suppose I just wasn't prepared, for the situation, and just got nervous and resorted to honesty. Stupid mistake, and I do apologize if it will hurt anyone's chances in the future, although as I said, I'm certain someone else probably ruined it before me. I actually was speaking to the lead teller, whatever that means. All in all though, it was a lesson learned, and I appreciate the comments. Has anyone requested a cashout recently in the usa and how long did it take? I assume it takes around 2 weeks to 3 weeks? What about canada? I also assume someone whose not from the usa or canada uses skrill/neteller and doesn't bother with checks? Yes i know you can sell funds for boa. Also i see they mention you get one free cashout every 30 days. Does receiving funds from someone or sending funds to someone count towards the one free cashout?


So you request a cashout say on september 30 for free, then request another one on october 30th both for free? Thus if you request on september 24, then october 24 is the next date you could request another one for free? I assume for most of you guys, the debit card option is probably not so good b/c theres a monthly fee each time? I assume if you play on BCP you could get 1 freecashout every 30 days and same with ACR? Thus that way you could get 2 free cashouts every 30 days? So would it make sense to do that such as if you planning to play on wpn, if you want to make 2 free cashouts a month, just play at bcp and acr? Im aware you cant play on both sites at the same time and you could only have one client on at once. Or does this minimize your rewards but if im not mistaken, isn't it flat 36 percent rakeback no matter what? Thus you would receive the same rewards/rakeback whether you paid say 3k in rake in total in one site or 1500 on each site? The only difference is you get a free cashout for another amount up to 2995 on acr if you put all your play at BCP?


Also has anyone had the issue or the check getting lost? I took a look at the site and they say its 250 dollar fee if it gets lost. Is it regular mail the free one they send by usps and thus regular mail to mailbox? But i see they say if you request another check within the 30 day period... it will be sent by courier no matter what and cost $65 no matter the amount. So that means if you requesting 2 checks within that 30 day period at BCP, the first one won't cost you anything, the 2nd one cost $65. So let say you requested the first check on september 28. Then the next day october 5. Reason is because you can request one every week. Does that mean the 2nd check you receive would actually come faster than the first because its courier and I assume thats fedex?


Also has anyone had a check bounced recently? I did recall reading someone mentioned they had a check bounce but it was a while back i believe.

Had 3 cashouts the last 3 weeks to my ACR debit card...all of them about 18 hours.

• Have you sent in scans of your ID, proof of address, and front and back of your credit card? If not, do this and it is likely that you will get higher limits.
• Alternatively, do a WU or MG "cash transfer" deposit and use your debit card to pay for it online. You should be able to deposit ~$900 at a time this way.
• Your final option may be to do a P2P trade with someone on 2+2.

Apparently the people who process player docs are on vacation because I haven't received a reply for over a month regarding application for the debit card

Having issues trying to get money off the card. I go to my local atm (chase bank) and try to withdrawal cash. It asks me to put in my pin...select it.

Then it asks what id like to do (withdrawal), the amount, and if it's from checking, savings, or credit card. I've been selecting credit card and then get an error saying this kind of transaction is not allowed .....

Can I get some help on how to withdraw?

Have you tried the other options? I would select checking when withdrawing funds from the atm, or you can even do a cash advance inside the bank with a teller. If none of those options work, I would contact support and ask them what the issue is. Gl

The other night me and my fiancee both registered ACR account. Obviously we live in the same household.

As she had one of her friends buddy transfer her a small roll so she could play micro stakes. All went well for first 6 hours, she raised up. Signed off went to do her stuff.

After half a day when she tried to get back on, was prompted with a message that account has been suspended. Contacted live chat and they responded that one of the gaming networks have reported her as fraudulent player and her account will not be reinstated, so she responded this is impossible (because never been banned from any poker/casino rooms/networks) and perhaps she can send some documents to pass verification on what the rep said will contact manager and in about 3 minutes got still a response that unfortunately her account will not be reinstated because of being reported. My account had suspension as well even though I did not play a single hand, only thing I had done was speak with live chat earlier finding out about my depositing options and got response that only Person2Person & Player2Player which would have been fine but anyway this is not the issue.

1) We are both verified on Pokerstars, I am verified on Party as well.
2) Neither one of us have ever been banned from ANY gaming networks.

What's up with this shady stuff ACR?

Make sure file attachments are sent as jpg files and that the total size of the email is less than 1.5mb or the email servers may bounce your emails (i.e. support ma never see them).

Ask live chat or call support at their 800 number. AFAIK it is still the normal 10-30 minutes.

it's not a credit card...it's a debit card. i believe you can go inside the bank and do a cash advance but I've never tried that personally...just read it here.

I've heard of people buying money orders with the card and then you either cash or deposit the M.O.'s in another acct. it adds an extra step but whatever works I guess. Many others have posted the same method. I have the card too but I just used it as I would any other card. Hope this helps.

Only using the voucher option if you have it.

many folks are buying/selling ACR in the transfer threads...you should be able to sell your funds for 90 cents on the dollar, or better, whenever you need. good luck. if you have the debit card and it works well then that is another good way for you to move funds at an even better rate.
