If your using BTC, and playing on BETCOIN, you are now part of the WPN Network, and as such, can use BTC to enter WPN Tournaments (which are USD). When you do this, they immediately convert your BTC Buyin, to USD, and enter you into the tourney. If you cash, they immediately convert your BI & winnings back to BTC and credit your BETCOIN account.

Do they send you a tracking number? I requested last week and haven't been sent one. And is 5-9 days really a good estimate?

They're supposed to...still waiting for mine too I requested early this week and hasn't even been approved yet. Supposed to get a tracking after its been processed I believe, was urs approved at least?

Yeah, it shows up in my transactions saying "success" on the 11th, and I got charged a fee on the 14th.

So I'm really not sure what to make of that, considering I haven't been sent a tracking number.

we should both email support or try live support I guess to check the status? I got a success as of yesterday and charged the fee...or might check in with them on Monday as I doubt they work much over the weekend. Hopefully within a week or so from the success date and I would be happy.

I requested debit card on July 4 and cash out on July 6th. Still waiting for both. I was told cheque would take 3-5days and it's mailed from Canada which is where I am. They now say it takes 3-5 weeks. I've never heard of anything in Canada taking 3 weeks or even 2weeks tk mail but they won't do anything until it's more than 60 days old.

requested by courier 7/8 ($65 fee) was told by live support today that I should have the tracking by tomorrow and that it should also arrive tomorrow...hopefully they're not full of it, we'll see.

And nothing arrived and the tracking was not sent to my email, told by support today that I will receive the tracking tomorrow...hope it doesn't go like this all week, I've been recording the live chat records. Don't mind the waiting persay but to be told u get tracking today then no tomorrow then etc, sux.

The live chat reps are possibly ******ed. They literally pretty much never have an idea what's going on with much of anything and frequently make **** up based on what they think you want to hear.

Cash out requested July 6 received July 21. Not bad if they would have told me they weren't mailing it for 10days rhat would be ok but they told me 3-5 days which set my expectations way too high. Agreed live support is basically ******ed. Just glad I got the money hopefully cheque clears.

I've never been offered any kind of bonus other than my initial deposit bonus which I never cleared because I wasn't playing the game this seriously then. I got excited for a minute. I always deposit even if I don't need to for them. I guess since they added money to The Beast and SNC they took them away until that's over? I would think a reload bonus would be better to get people playing than adding money to races you have to grind like a robot to get any money out of. Aint nobody got time for that.

The thing that frustrates me as a microstakes player is that although we accumulate points for The Beast while we play cash games, we have absolutely no chance of putting together enough of them to ever have any prayer of winning anything. It would be nice to have this added chance to boost our growing bankrolls.

Why not have a separate Beast for like under 25nl or under 10nl? Prizes could be much smaller of course and at least this way we have something to care about when the little Beast sound goes off after a big pot and they show us that we just won another few points toward the jackpot.

Yeah, I've never liked The Beast. It's better now obviously, but it makes the games bad. I just play HU because of it. I don't like playing with a bunch of nits and I don't like grinding 100 hours a week. /end rant

I got same exact message today except shipped on 17th and also no tracking idk how it can be confirmed shipped and should arrive in 5-9 days supposedly but they don't have the tracking. Not really worried either tho, I'll give it this week.

Good question, is this standard for ACR? As this is my 1st withdrawal so I have no point of reference.
