Check that was processed 10/24 and deposited shortly thereafter just bounced and was mailed back to me by my bank.

Nothing from support yet.

my withdrawal was canceled because i needed to verify my address (done this before) and when i send my email with the documents it wont send and i get an email that says "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

security@blackchipppoker.eu"

also, no one from support has been messaging me back all day. so im a bit befuddled?

cashout 900 on ACR 11/7/2013. Received check 12/09/2013.. Stated insufficient funds.. No reply to my emails.. Live and phone support said they would look into it. UGH

Ummm..... yeah, checks from online poker sites seem to have a decent percent chance to bounce. Sorry if you thought it was all peaches and cream, but it isn't. There's only about 50,000 complaints on these forums about checks bouncing or funds not getting loaded onto cards.

if a check bounces u can't redeposit it. you have to get a new check from the issuer

That's what I thought. Wow ...what a nightmare.

Well, I'm definitely not depositing another dime until this gets straightened out. WPN was doing so well for a while there. I wonder what happened. They have all of this increased traffic so there's really no excuse to be bouncing checks.

I just got done recommending this network to people IRL today. Guess I'll have to tell them to hold their horses.

I can get the debit card I just have to get a new social security card issued first as I lost it in a flood. I won't be ready to withdraw for a while yet anyway though.
