This is just speculation, but IMO if the money hasn't hit my card tomorrow as they promised, it means they don't have everything set up correctly with the new processor yet.

Hoping that isn't the case - as I really could use the money right about now...

Why did they switch processors in the first place?

Whe aPplying for my card I was told:

" We are also in the process of introducing a new Debit Card provider that will help us to reduce the delays we have faced with current one."

Thing is I only applied for the card b/c a number of people here seemed to be consistently cashing out with success and speed, so I dont know what the 'delays we have faced' is referring to. I tend to agree with ten25 thats its likely just the usual delays in getting started. Im hoping so anyway- we should know in the next day or two I guess.

I was just wondering on what the average time for a check was. I contacted support and all they said was it was sent out the 11th. I requested a check on ACR on the 10th and it was approved the 11th. Is 15 days typical? I see people getting there checks in a week.

What's your latest update ten25? They just kept telling me the day isn't over and it would be there by the end of the day. i can already see what's gonna happen. There will be no money on the card tomorrow. And i will have to go on support to complain again and they'll give me the same cliche runaround answer "give it a few more days". i've done enough online transactions to know when given the timeframe for a transaction to clear it never get's cleared on the last minute of the last day of the timeframe.

Anyone with the 345debit please post the timeframe your withdrawal got processed and for the funds to actually hit your card.

Does anyone know if the fees for the 345 debit card are the same as the old card? No paperwork was sent out with the card.

I contacted Support today but they wouldn't give any timeframe, just said they would contact me as soon as there is an update.

2 weeks. So 15 days is typical, yes. I've heard of no one getting a check in 1 week, if someone in this thread said that I missed it. My experience is 2 weeks and pretty much all but 1 guy has said the same afaik.

I should've known something was fishy with the new card when i never even got the initial first time user load fee of $25 that everyone else got before they were able to do withdrawals.

Update: My withdrawal request was rejected as my account was not verified. I sent all the necessary documents and now my account is verified. However, when I click on the withdraw tab in my poker account, my withdrawal options are all gone..

Sent an email to support..

The traffic and games on this site are getting really impressive. This is turning out to be THE place to play in the US.

I'm still grinding micros but there's plenty of action 24/7 for me to multitable on.

With so many building a bankroll on this site one has to imagine that we will have nice traffic for a long, long time to come.

Keep up the great work WPN!

My claim was rejected because they needed me to verify my account. They later found my verification documents accept i have not submitted a picture of the card i used a year or two ago to make my initial deposit. I no longer have this card as i have gotten a new one but all the deposits after the original came from my new card so i am hoping support can clear this up even if i just have to take a hit for the 50 bucks.

Update since i have not used that card in over 6 months they said thats fine but my withdraw options have been removed so i submitted the request to support to either reinstate those options or manually process the WU request waiting to hear back.

my withdrawal of $2500 for the 345debit finally hit the card and holy crap only $2467 arrived. $33 in fees and i haven't even withdrawn anything from the card yet. is this standard for you guys that were using the card before the 345debit one??

I believe the fee is a set up fee for the card. Best way to withdraw the money is to go to Wal Mart or Post Office and get money orders - the fee is super cheap compared to ATM fees

Requested Debit Card WD: 11/16
Withdraw Processed Email: 11/20
Cash in Hand: 11/29

Great to see you guys successfully get your withdrawals. Thanks for keeping us informed.
As to the fees, I just sent an email asking if the fee schedule for this card is the same as that for the other card. There is no activation fee indicated there so I've asked if that is an additional fee not listed.
Regarding ongoing fees, is the money order option considered at POS transaction?
Also, I'm not sure what the 'ATM Inquiry' is.
If the money order option is a POS transaction and the 'ATM Inquiry' is something you incur every time, the cost for a money order vs. an ATM withdrawal seems to be-
$2 for loading the card + $1 for the POS transaction- $3 total
vs.
$2 load + $1 'ATM Inquiry' + $3 ATM withdrawal- $6 total
