Processing for US sites is a dynamic operation. Limits change according to availability. If you want a shot at higher CC limits, I suggest that you verify your account and include front and back scans of the CC you intend to deposit with.

I have already verified my account including front and back scans of the C.C.I always use. This was done 5-6 months ago.

Guess I was one of the lucky ones who had their debit card processed before they changed debit card companies - received my card and just made the withdrawal today. Will update when it goes through.

Received Debit Card: 11/12
Requested Withdrawal: 11/16
Received Withdrawal: ??

So whats the point of actually depositing for a reload bonus if i would of gotten the money through RB anyway this is disgraceful. They are two separate bonuses not oh well you dont get a part of your RB just because you have a Reload bonus going. I am a top 15 beast player hope you are happy you just lost one of the top 15 players to your site i will be moving my funds have a nice day.
Is this really true? If it is then they must have changed their policy recently. And I agree that is completely absurd and just eliminates any reason for depositing for the bonus.

Yes it is a whole thread has been opened on the subject by another concerned poster after reading my post. Apparently its standard practice so id good to get the word out do not use reload. Switching to elite in January.

My original deposit of $50 was supposed to be matched with a $50 bonus. However, my bonus cash has not increased in thousands of hands. There's never any way for me to cash in on it.

Any idea what's going on?

edit: So that I don't have to make an additional post - If a tournament buy in is shown as, for example, $10+$2 does that mean that it costs $10 to enter the tournament and there's a $2 rebuy option? What does the first and second dollar amount stand for?

Thanks

On BCP I just raised a hand for .07c and instead it raised me a dollar all in and I lost the hand. I want my dollar back.

Before you say it: No, I didn't accidentally hit the wrong button and I didn't type the wrong amount in. It was clearly .07c and then I clicked raise. Next thing I know it says "all in!".

What a crock. Fix your software.

Edit: Bonus cash not working...random all ins for no explainable reason. Wtf?
Edit2: The software is really, really fragile to where your cursor is when you click enter. It's extremely easy to go all in when you simply want to raise. This needs to be fixed asap.

Now I can't deposit any money. It says that due to "security reasons" they can't complete the transaction.

Anyone else having issues depositing with a Bank of America Visa?

And now, after being declined for no apparent reason, I can't even use a credit card to deposit anymore.

What's the issue here?

edit: Apparently it's not just me. Many of us can now only deposit via Western Union and the minimum deposit is $50.00 USD w/ a $5.00 WU fee.

Wow. What a joke. Not that it's WPN's fault but ...it's still ridiculous.

Anyone else going through this?

I had this problem when first moved over to WPN from Merge (I'm on the ACR skin). I moved all in preflop as the opener or 3-bettor 3 or 4 times by accident in my first month, and was playing 25NL so that can get costly! Fortunately no one ever called as I was light at least couple of those.

I found a setting in options to disable the all in button or something like that, to prevent this. Just logged into ACR and the setting is not there anymore, so I think maybe they fixed the problem in one of their software updates, probably the big one they did a while back. I haven't had this mistake happen in at least 9-10 months so I sort of forgot about it. No idea about the BCP skin but you may want to look in table options for something like this.

Subtle moral of the story: Move up to where they respect your overbet shoves. lol

This is the format to show the juice or house rake on the tournament. The example you posted would be a $12 buy in with $10 going into the prize pool and $2 being the site fee.

In a rebuy tourney, rebuys would usually be $10 then with all of it going to the prize pool. WPN doesn't run rebuy events though that I've seen, they run re-entry. That's different in that you must bust out before you can re-enter, and you will be reentered to a new seat. And you play the full $12 so the house makes more juice on the re-entry events.

Again, I am on the ACR skin so your mileage may vary with BCP, but on ACR this is (imo) unnecessarily hard to find. Here's where it is though:

From the main lobby, click rewards at the top... it opens up to the Beast promo. Right above the beast logo, and below the game selection tabs (below omaha on mine), there is a link for bonuses. When you go in there, you'll find the bonus cash isn't released directly into your account, it's released into an "available cash pool", and there's a button you click to redeem it and release to your account.

If it's not like that on BCP, then contact live support and ask where you can find your bonus earnings progress imo.

Thanks for taking the time.

I have, in fact, seen this tab you're talking about already. I agree that it's unnecessarily hard to find but also: It's not budging. I just put another ~200 hands in and it hasn't moved at all.

I think it may have to do with the little clause they put in the bonus cash system that says all initial deposit bonuses have to be claimed within 60 days. As I initially deposited in May and only started putting volume in this month of November, I guess I miss out on it.

I find the 60 day clause to be unnecessary also, tbh.

edit: And now I looked again and it appears that it did increase during this last session. Maybe it's working as intended. It just moves up really, really slow. Traffic isn't high enough for true multi tabling and this is going to take about 10,000 hands to release the first bit of my bonus cash. At the rate I'm beginning to play this is only going to take a few more weeks but still ...that's a lot of hands to reach the bonus.

Looks like we're going to have to use WU, MG, or another means from now on. BofA seems to be blocking all transactions to this merchant at this point. I would imagine WF is doing the same.

Ridiculous. I can't wait until US players can just deposit money, sit at a table, and play again.

Not the end of the world. I've adjusted the way I place my bets now so this won't happen again. At least it was at a short stacked 2NL table. Live and learn.

For the record: I just two tabled 2NL for about 2 hours or so and racked up about 400 hands in that time. The bonus cash is definitely working as intended - it just takes a lot of hands. At least it's working.

Yeah I lost my social security card so I have to go get a new one sent to me so I can get the debit card set up.

Glad to hear things went well for you. Good news for all of us.

If any of you players are getting declined by your bank, then just call your bank and tell them to take the international block off. i do it all the time...

I'll call BofA and try this but the problem still stands: After having the transaction blocked, BCP did something to remove the Visa option from my deposit screen within my BCP software. I'm sure this was due to security reasons but if I do in fact have the international block lifted from my BofA account there's really no reason that I shouldn't be able to try again.

I've just sent them a detailed email asking them to undo whatever they did, allowing me to once again have the Visa option available. As it is now, I only have the WU and MG icons available in my deposit screen.

Oh - and thanks for your post. Very helpful information for some of us.

On bcp i've deposited probably 6 times half the times worked the other half i had bcp do the deposit for me after it was declined with no problems. I was doing the reload bonus and deposited 150 that worked and little bit later when i tried to do the 50 to get the full bonus that was declined.

Well - It looks as though BCP is working things out with my debit card after all. Regardless, the WU and MG transactions are simple enough via website.

The bottom line is that I continue to receive great technical support from BCP and it's nice to see that others are having a similar experience.
