I finally got my prepaid debit in the mail and activated it successfully. My card doesn't have any bank logos on it or anything. So i don't know why i've read so many posts about people going to BoA and withdrawing through ATM which charges ATM fees. I see the option to sign up for "card to bank transfer". When you guys are withdrawing from ATM, did you mean you use your ACR issued card. Or did you link checking account to your ACR card with the "card to bank transfer" option. Then withdraw using your regular old bank issued debit card?? If you did that, why wouldn't you just walk into the branch and get the cash from the cashier without anymore fees??

the debit card issued from ACR does not link to BofA or any other US accounts. It is offshore and you pay per transaction. Best route would be withdraw at a walmart or somewhere you can get money orders and get your cash off the card that way. I think its $1.70 for $1000 withdrawn

For anyone wanting to get the thanksgiving reload bonus 100% up to 200$ using visa card they will see the max for visa is 150 now. Cashier support told me to deposit 150 then 50 and they would combine them for the full 200$ if i contacted them again. So i contacted normal support and they told me it can't be done. So i contacted cashier support and they combined it for me like they said they would.

Is that reload bonus supposed to be available for everyone? I didn't see it when I went to the bonuses page > available bonuses

So i was suppose to receive about 120 in rakeback today since its Wednesday from ACR instead i only received 60 after getting raked for over 400 dollars last week. So i emailed the rakeback department and they told me that yes i would of received 120 but that i am getting money from reload bonus which they say they minus from the RB bonus you are going to get. So whats the point of actually depositing for a reload bonus if i would of gotten the money through RB anyway this is disgraceful. They are two separate bonuses not oh well you dont get a part of your RB just because you have a Reload bonus going. I am a top 15 beast player hope you are happy you just lost one of the top 15 players to your site i will be moving my funds have a nice day.

Anyone else lost the visa deposit option, I'm from IL, I was told it was because of restrictions based off my location.

I'm also from IL, I took almost all my money off and haven't played in a couple of weeks so I haven't checked. I was going to start grinding tomorrow
but it looks like I'm in trouble since the max deposit via a visa card is now $150 which doesn't really work for me since I play 12-15 tables plus now we might be restricted to deposit. I will check this afternoon and update. If you hear anything please let me know.

I understand your outrage at this bait and switch tactic, but really, with the kind of volume you're putting in (top 15 on the Beast), where exactly do you plan on going to play? It seems to me that the reload bonus is meant to get players who went busto to redeposit and not to let winning players make 2 deposits per month and earn 100% on those "investments" on top of receiving rakeback. That would just be giving money away (from a site's perspective) to players that don't need the enticement to deposit since they already have a bankroll on the site. So really, what are your plans then? The options are limited to say the least.

Not taking advantage of reload bonuses is burning money. There's nothing listed on the reload promo page that says you won't be receiving rakeback or it'll hit your rakeback.

There reasoning was on the RB page it says deductions included that is what this is suppose to mean. One of my main gripes is that players receiving kick backs from the elite system is their RB being garnished for their bonuses? Its not a bonus if its coming out of money i would receive otherwise. To the previous poster i am from NJ regulated goes online on Nov 26th but i was planning on staying with ACR for HUD, RB, the beast, being able to use skype for sweats, a large range of issues but considering i am on intertops and in NJ my options are alot greater. As i told the RB department this is shady practice and to say that its fine to lose a top 20 who contributes 1600 in rake per month to the site is insulting.

Is it possible to transfer funds from ACR (or whatever WPN skin) to Western Union and then from Western Union directly to your bank account, and to do this all online?

I know the fee for using the WU cashout is $65, and then there would be a fee from Western Union to your bank account (not sure how much this would be), but assuming you are willing to eat those fees is this a viable possibility?

I'm not saying to grin and bear it, but I don't think it's enough to just leave one of the few sites around that is actually pretty decent. OK you got screwed one month and didn't get a bonus. Let them know your displeasure, post on 2+2, perhaps other players will let them know of their displeasure, and then hope they change it or at least make it very clear how the reload bonus works. But to withdraw all funds and leave a lucrative site just seems like a bit of rage. I say chill out, eat the loss, and play in 2 or 3 days. But if he wants to leave and open up a spot near the top of the Beast, I'm sure a lot of players here will gladly open the door for him.

Says on the deposit page max deposit is 300 and i have deposited 300 at one time so this is not true.

I have deposited for more then $150 in the past also. I'm talking about right at this moment the max is $150 so this change was just recently made or only applies to some people. I made a Visa deposit today and the max is $150

Looking at the page says 300 your getting the shaft lol.

Clear the cookies and cache in your Internet Explorer browser. This often fixes problems since the WPN client always opens IE, no matter what browser you have set as preferred on your Windows box.


Processing for US sites is a dynamic operation. Limits change according to availability. If you want a shot at higher CC limits, I suggest that you verify your account and include front and back scans of the CC you intend to deposit with.
