Basically i expected the card to be in my hands in 2.5 weeks at the most from the moment i was told the forms were sent in to the bank. Well today was i told the forms were actually sent in on 11/2 and have to wait another 3-4 weeks to see if im approved with the chance i could still be rejected. When i go on online chat on 11/25 next time, are they gonna tell me the forms were actually sent in on 11/21?? I think they're stalling payouts for new players
I sent my forms around the same time. so I guess I have to wait until the end of the month. do you know if this means we have to wait until then to request a check as well? fortunately, you can always do a 2+2 transfer and get cash asap if you need it.

Personally, I would recommend getting WU or getting the card. I have already ordered my card. Also, I did a few withdraws on Carbon as well with Canada checks and never had it pending over 24hours.
Sorry, maybe I didn't make myself clear I'm only talking about BOA not all banks. Do you bank with BOA? Usually this happens with smaller banks, that they hold your money that is. My money has only been held for 24 hours then its available.

I agree, card is the way to go. WU sounds good also but the fees are a little high IMO.

If you completely withdraw all of you debits card balance does it still remain active? I don't want to lose the ability to withdraw to the card.

I was using a popular state-wide bank and they wanted to take $100 from each check and send it to "collections" which meant it took an extra month.

Switched to BoA and have had no problems depositing inside.

Haven't logged on to my True account in quite some time. Decided to check it out last night and noticed InstaDebit is no longer a funding option. When and why did this happen?

Does anyone have an opinion on Click2Pay vs. Moneybookers? I'm irritated that I can't use my InstaDebit account but which of the other two are better options? I'm withdrawing from the site and depositing directly to my bank account.

Can you PM me the Ticket ID from the emails you have sent, you should have an auto response back with an ID number, or send me your email address and i can chase this down.

Check the fee schedule for the card. Completely wiping your balance is a bad thing IIRC.

Yeah, figured that. I'd rather take the maintenance charge than cash everything out and run the risk of card deactivating.

I requested my debit card in the middle of October and the first e-mail I received stated that it takes 10 business days for the card to be approved.

After a little over a week I asked for an update and received an e-mail stating it would typically takes 15 business days for the card to be approved.

It's now been 15 business days but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Not worried due to Winning's excellent reputation on cashouts - but was wondering how long others have had to wait to get their debit card approved?

I e-mailed BCP with this, but I figured my chances were better here. What qualifies as "state ID"? Also, if I can't locate my SS card, are there other options to send in with my driver's license? Thank again for all the help guys.

At this moment we are in the process of forwarding your application and verifying all documents provided with the bank that issues the cards. We are also in the process of introducing a new Debit Card provider that will help us to reduce the delays we have faced with current one.

From this point on, we are expecting to receive the tracking numbers in 4 more weeks. We do realize the inconveniences that this situation may cause and apologize for the situation.

Rest assure that we are finishing the process to make sure that this delays are corrected.

So this sucks but at least they told me whats going on. Im not sure how this affects current card holders.

I remember a few years ago a friend received a Western Union from another friend - but since she was not in her home town (the sender thought she was still there), WU would not release it to her here in Las Vegas.

I don't want to put myself in the same spot and have the money be in limbo because I'm going to be in Vegas for an extended period of time.

Does anyone have experience using MoneyGram or WU to cash out in a city other than the address they have on file/verified with Winning? I really don't want to have to wait to have the check sent, then forwarded to me if possible.

I seem to remember this same friend eventually had this person re-send her the money via MoneyGram and all she had to tell them along with giving her ID was a secret code/word and they gave it to her no problem.

Don't do it. If you are in a different state they won't let you get the money.

Well within the stated timeframe from WPN of 3-7 calendar days. Most in 1-2 days. Only one reported so far this month that I track - took a day to receive.

All you would need is to get a western union prepaid card and put all your information on the card that you have the western Union is going to, you will get a temp card at the store when you purchase it until you get the actual card in the mail, you can load Money Transfer's to your prepaid card it is quick and simple and do not need to fill forums out show ID and all that stuff.
