To get this straight, are you saying they've blocked any and all withdrawal options on your account? No checks? Are they keeping your money locked on their site, allowing you to play but not to withdraw? That's criminal if that's the case.

Through the cashier, yeah I can't do any withdrawals. I emailed them again and they said I can send any payout request via email and they will gladly provide assistance regarding this matter. So I've requested a cashout. I'll let you guys know if i get it

DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE! I am going on 2 months without payment. Support keeps telling me to stop emailing them and leaving negative feedback. Claiming the US shutdown has caused the postal service to be backed up.. But for 7 weeks??? LMAO I should have received my money well before the shutdown so thats a mood point. They tell me that IF my check EVER returns back they will credit my account.. now why on earth would I want to EVER play on this site again?? no mtt schedule WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. BCP REP MARCO GFY! Leave me alone and quit making excuses about your terrible scamming company. I keep getting phone calls from these people harrassing and mocking my situation. FWIW, I do money orders. WalMart's are $.70 with a 1k max so it's 1.70/1000.

I did a check request September 11, and when I talked to them I was told they processed and sent it out already. I'm guessing its snail mail tho since they couldn't give a tracking number but is it right to assume takes about 2-3 weeks to receive from them USPS?

lol not hardly I'm 7 weeks and waiting.. NOT to mention they BCP claims that that my check was supposed to be received 2 weeks ago.. They now claim it could be "lost in the mail due to the govt shutdown" that's verbatim from their support. They advertise quickest cashouts in the US. Which is the exact opposite of what they are. They are in fact in the same cashout position as Lock poker.. You may or may not get paid and it's not our fault they say. makes sense right? BCP is a joke!

That is a great question. Essentially it is their excuse as to why my check has not arrived. Today I received an email saying wait another month and by Nov 18th if it hasn't arrived my account will be credited the amount... seriously BCP? I don't want to be credited I want to delete your client and continue to leave honest and negative feedback so all consumers can see how bush league this site is. Run by incompetent fools! To all players.. Bovada, Intertops, Pokerhost, Carbon skins are paying in 5-7 business days but they don't claim to have the "fastest cashouts" available for US players. BCP however advertises this yet somehow I'm going on 2 months waiting for a check that YOU claimed was to have arrived 10 days ago.. Yet they give me no information and tell me to be "patient". Will do everything in my power to continue everyday to leave this feedback as well as the rude demeaning emails I am receiving from a BCP rep Marco. I withdraw to debit. I use my debit card for any number of things, but when I want cash I use it at Walmart to purchase a money order. It costs $.70 per thousand.

Anyone having problems with their debit cards?

I have not been able to use my card the last two days. I tried to call the # on the back in Costa Rica and they told that my account was linked to 2 cards and it would be cleared in a few hours.

I've been trying to call today and was told earlier there was systems issues.

Plus I got charged $1 each time that I tried to use the card and was denited.

Can I reverse the deposit to the card back to BCP?

I feel bad for you. You should have gotten paid a long time ago and BCP is not doing right by you at all. I've no doubt that some people who would have deposited there have not since they do some research first and have probably read your story along with a few others. However, if you think there's any chance they pay you next month then I would chill out on the attack. Obv if you're going to attack and spam them everyday I would say you have zero chance of seeing a single dollar. It's your money and your call. But at this point you might want to get the money and tell them you're giving them one last chance--Nov 18th. At this point what do you have to lose? If you're not paid by then............release the hounds of hell.

While I do feel your pain, trust me, I really do.

I can promise you that if you work with them and not against them, things will go much smoother. Im sure they are doing their best to get you paid, as they know ppl who have problems will come here and post for the masses to see.

So after making the cashout, the next day, they cancelled it returning my money and asked me a couple questions and after an exchange of emails, they said at the moment, there are no locks on my cashier. I got my withdrawal options back and requested another cashout. It got through the next day. WPN_REP sent me a nice PM when he saw my problems in this thread and which I really appreciated, though didn't reply to but planned to if the second cashout try failed.

I'm very glad that I was able to get it resolved.

Yeah I've had no problem with support when talking to them either thedarkside, everyone has always been real pleasant and handles the situations fast. I also tried to cashout and it got declined then support said need some photo id/utility bill copies and got me verified within 30 minutes. I'm hearing bad things overall about BCP but ACR seems to be doing good. Also, whats the process for getting a debit/credit card issued and how long does it take to arrive. That seems like the best way to go if you plan on cashing out more than 1 time.

You have to provide some additional documentation (this is all listed on the withdraw window in the cashier), then the card takes around 2-3 weeks to get to you. After that you're golden. Cashouts within 2-4 days.

If you go back and read the last 5 or 6 pages in this thread you'll see the clear answer, by far, is debit card.

A few posts above suggests that Hold 'em Manager 2 doesn't work on BCP. Can someone confirm this? I'm pretty sure HEM2 does in fact work.
