My withdrawal request of $600 in BTC on 6/10 was processed within 48 hours. Good to see ACR has liquidity. Now the games need to get juicier!

Thanks for the laugh and smile on my face. Small rapid cash out proves liquidity. Wasn't even aware ACR's liquidity was in question. But, thanks again for making that clear.

Hadn't played on the site in a while but my last impression was that it was poor with everyone selling at a discount. This was 3-4 years ago.

Where is the info on the deposit fees via debit card?

I can't find anything on the site and have made it all the way to the final "Deposit" button on the cashier without mentioning anything about fees...

Is there really no fee for depositing via debit card?

Sounds like a question for CS. Make sure you get name of person spoken to if you go this route.

You may incur an international charge from your bank

Yeah I'm confused right now, I used a Mastercard linked to my paypal account.

I deposited $250 and theres a $256.xx charge now, but it says the paypal fees are 0.00

So looks like they just tacked on a 2.5% or so charge and am hoping I wouldn't notice it wasn't a paypal fee. I buy stuff from overseas all the time and never get charged any sort of fee for this kind of transaction.

Seems shady AF, sent CS an email and they told me to wait until it switches from Pending to Posted to ask about getting a refund, obv just hoping I'm going to forget about it as a last ditch effort...

I make several international purchases a week from website and ebay and whatnot. Why have I never seen this "mastercard charge" before then?

Are there some sort of hidden fees for withdrawing via bitcoin? I just made a cashout request for 385 with my balance refreshed and showing 2385.25, to make my account an even 2k. Once I made the wd my account only has 1973.25. About a week ago I had the same situation where I initiated a WD for 2446 when my account was 4446ish, but alas after initiating it I was left with $1960.. I chatted with support and they "looked into it" and finally told me everything seemed ok. I chalked it up to me being careless with simple subtraction but twice? Anyone else experience this? Are they possibly taking out more than you select in order to tax for bitcoin volatility?

I've never seen anything like that, personally. Check your ledger to see if there are any clues. (My Account ---> Transactions)

so why is this treated as a cash advance and not a purchase? doesn't make any sense to me, it should be treated as a regular purchase IMO

Did a card deposit on another site, was charged a fee. Historically, this has been the case. Wanna argue history, have at it.

anything that is cash or cash equivalent (casino/poker chips) is treated as a cash advance, seems pretty intuitive to me. has been this way since the beginning of time

Let's be honest here, any site American players are playing at has suspect "liquidity."

They claim that player funds are in segregated accounts. If true, site liquidity wouldn't be an issue.

Really. So even though WPN, Bovada/Ignition, and Merge since last summer have been coughing out cash outs on the regular, their liquidity is in question? OK.

Absolutely. You would be naive to think not. Maybe we are defining "liquidity" in different ways here, but the process that US players have to go through to turn their gaming funds into hard US cash, "liquidity" is very much in question.

Not to mention this current US administration is capable of anything with Jeff Sessions at the helm of the justice department.

Color me naive then. The process is a helluva lot easier for me now than 2 years ago.

Guys when you deposit onto ACR using bitcoin, is the price guaranteed when you make the deposit with a time window, or do you end up with whatever funds it is when it's "confirmed"? I noticed on ignition the price is guaranteed, but on betonline it sucks, I deposited $9500, but my balance was like $93xx caause it took forever to confirm. Which is it at ACR?
