thats a lie, i got a customer service agent to RELUCTANTLY admit that there are a huge number of payout requests causing delays...ill never understand why sites cant keep players funds completely segregated...it makes no sense to ever be short with juice they collect

Yes, they use the same cashier.

Just because cashouts are delayed does not mean funds are not segregated. Cash outs are performed by 3rd parties, not the site. There can be any number of reasons that cashouts are delayed that not related to "being broke" or "lack of segregation."

I don't know them off the top of my head, but there are conditions. If you dig through the T&C of the bonus I"m sure you can find them. But I can assure you that they don't just give you $50 in bonuses and say hey, it's free money, cash it out and thanks for taking our cash!

It sounds like your account went through an extra security procedure, nothing more. Something probably tripped a flag on your account and they wanted extra verification to be sure it was you making the request.

The 50 bucks in cards or whatever, check in your promotions section on the client. ACR has them somewhere on the promotions tab under one of the other tabs. Look you will find it. Be sure to log on every day and open the cards. No open it will expire and you basically miss out on free money.

I don't expect free money. I asked the chat support and they keep repeating that you need to rake 10% of what you deposit to be able to withdraw, but I don't think that applies to this bonus. And the conditions are impossible to find, looks like even they don't know them lol
