These check bouncing stories are starting to scare me

Just did my first withdraw after 6 months of playing on ACR on 2/8 for a bank draft check. Received some weird looking e-mail on 2/9 saying it was coming from London and have not heard anything since...

I'm able to deposit using my debit card, so I sent in my info to try to use their debit card withdraw option next.

Anybody use this debit withdraw lately? Is it just a one time $5 monthly charge or every withdraw? Thanks

Probably a processing issue. Checks are processed by 3rd parties. If you have a bad check, it will probably take a few weeks to replace. However, they will make it right. This sort of thing happens on offshore US poker sites from time to time. Nothing to worry about at this point

There are charges for just about everything on the debit card. But hey, you can pull up to $2,500 in cash out of an ATM if you can manage to find one with high limits.

1) Would you be complaining if bitcoin price had fallen and this had saved you $1,000 in price depreciation?
2) Have you sent in all your documentation and verified your account yet? That is the most common cause of cancelled withdrawals.

So I am also having issues with my cash out. I received my check and deposited to my bank 2/8/17. On 2/27/17 the check bounced and the funds were taken from account. To add salt to the wound, a $15 fee was charged to my account as well. I emailed support@amercascardoom.eu on March 6th, no response yet.

I.D.--copy of credit card, front and back used to deposit and a copy of a utility bill with current address.

They say they took it out for german players because Germany is not supported by Neteller which is false. I can use Neteller for all other sites too.

So I rarely post now a days. However I have been trying to withdraw from my account on acr for 2 weeks. My bank draft has been cancelled 4 times and is now pending for 5th. After two fails I went to live chat and they didnt understand it either but said I had to resend documents. I have cashed out many times already sent them so it is strange I had to again. I resent them live chat confirmed that I am all set and was still cancelled again on the 6th of march. I am curenntly as the 8th pending again and don't have alot of faith that it is going to be accepted.

TLDR Something extremely fishy is going on be aware imho....

As one who is technologically challenged, bitcoin is the way to go.

I deposited on ACR a couple weeks ago and forgot about the long late registration for tournaments.

I made a withdraw request via bitcoin two days ago and I received an email saying it was canceled and I can only withdraw winnings and must generate 10% rake before being eligible for payout (they currently locked all withdraw methods).

I should mention that this is not a first deposit and in the past i have played on ACR a lot, more than likely generating thousands of dollars of rake. What it going on here?

I think they told you what is going on already? You need to generate 10% of your deposit in rake, just like every other poker site AFAIK. (at least every one I've played on)

It doesn't take much thought to figure out why they would require that... It's expensive for them to get money on and off, etc, etc, etc.

This is standard. You need to rake 10% of the amount deposited to withdraw. Policies like this exist on virtually all poker sites these days, especially those in the offshore US online poker market.

Live chat may be more effective than email. Or even a phone call! Also, be sure to scan a copy of the bounced check fee and ask them to refund that fee as well.

Ok. So normally withdraws using bitcoins takes a few days.
Last time I tried day 8/3 passed already one week. Contacted them and the support answer me that can be up to 15 business days. (That is 3 weeks)
So they always advertise the use of btc because is fast for them to process and problable a lot cheeper in term of costs.

When sites start to put the 15 days rule I start to get worried . just saying so if anyone cashout the past days using btc . Please say something. (In this case im using the ACR skin)

Sitting on a check wondering if I should even attempt to deposit/cash it..

Also have a 4figure BTC withdraw pending. I looked into canceling the check and was told it would cost $250 to cancel it.

If they were going under/exit scamming, why would they roll out SnG 2.0?
Either way - I'm taking my $ off until things settle.
