I deposited with a debit card. You all have my information.
Similar thing happened to a friend of mine as well. He made a withdrawal and WPN paid him, but then they proceeded to deduct the money out of the remainder of his account balance. They said he had charged back his deposit so they were repaying themselves, but he deposited via bitcoin.

This is a question on the ACR debit card. Can anyone give me the number on the back of the card for customer service. I deposited funds on my card and didn't realize the card was destroyed. There is no number on the card's website and I have sent numerous inquiries from the Contact us form and no answer.

TIA

This is pretty interesting, I checked out the GDAX but haven't messed around with btc much yet. Even then it seems a bit more user-friendly/intuitive than I expected so that's kinda nice. Limit buying/selling looks like the nuts for anyone who has a little patience. Would definitely be interested in hearing about other solid options rather than coinbase also(can PM if you'd rather not post in the open).

Another thing(idk if it's been posted here yet)was this article on the ACR blog.
https://www.americascardroom.eu/blog..****ome-package/

Seems like it'll help to make the poker economy a bit more p2p, which could be cool for a lot of different reasons(staking jumps to mind first).

Also, what are the fees/limits like on the debit card?

Just received check from ACR and teller told me it has "invalid routing number". Was the teller just a jackass that didn't know how to process an international check?

Pretty good bet. Canadian checks have 1 less routing # I believe. I take it you didn't ask to see a supervisor?

Eventually went in to the lobby and talked to someone else and got it taken care of. She had no clue how to process it...she had to call the other branch and get someone to walk her through it, lol.

Not the finest bank...

If you contact WPN support and provide proof, there's a good chance that not only will they reissue a check for you, but that they will cover any NSF fees the incident has caused you.

Seriously, what is wrong with Winning Pokers rakeback system?
Has anyone actually made sure that people are getting 27% on contributed rake?
Tired of my rakeback page always showing wrong numbers.

First of all, my available rakeback is always a smaller amount than what it says I should be getting on my "Weekly Rakeback" even if I wait a day to let it update. Why is this?
Secondly, tracker programs like HM2 tells me I'm raking around 20-25% more than what my "total game rake" is on my rakeback page. Do Winning Poker use another method to calculate rakeback or why is that? It's never wrong on any other networks and they all use contributed rake method.

I don't have any ongoing bonuses messing things up.

Support refuses to respond to any email about anything, going on 2 months. I sent Winning_TD a PM with proof, he hasn't responded in 4 days.

I have never had Poker Tracker or Holdem Manager report 100% accurate rake on any site I use. There are always anomalies or different tracking methods. FWIW, WPN uses weighted contributed method. Also, Beast/SNC contributions are not eligible for rakeback. Those two things combined are probably what skews your numbers.

Oh yea, and the rakeback panel isn't in real time, there is always a lag.

Winning_TD is an overworked guy. Besides making and analyzing the MTTs, he does pretty much any other task that he's assigned to do... and there are a lot of them. He also doesn't work weekends. I wouldn't give up on him just yet. If he doesn't respond in another day or two, give him a friendly reminder and be sure that you provide very clear, concise, well formatted data when you PM him. It will make his job easier, and more importantly, he can address your issue more quickly.

Yes. There is one way only. You must use a PREVIOUSLY used CIRCLE GENERATED ADDRESS to SEND FROM BLOCKCHAIN to CIRCLE. DO NOT USE an address used to send FROM circle to blockchain. I've done 5 such cash outs. But now have a bitpay card.

Exactly the same thing happened to me years ago when I brought in a Canadian check from PokerStars. The teller had to ask the office person how to handle it. I guess things haven't improved much.

I have not yet cashed out from either of the sites where I currently play, but it might not be a bad idea to give the bank a heads-up that I'll be bringing a Canadian (or wherever it comes from) check in a day or two so that they are ready to deal with it.

It sounds like the WPN system has a structural problem. The tournament director shouldn't have to deal with individuals with a problem. His job is to devise a tournament lineup that is good for the player and makes money for his company. This should be a support issue.

I went through my transactions to find one, is the ref ID the address I need?

I don't understand your question. But ref ID, whatever that is is a no-no. I have always recorded/dated in a notebook every address I've ever generated. This allows me to go to blockchain and compare the dates and transaction amounts to see which addresses were used to send to circle, as I always sent closely after receiving from site. If you can't come up with a definitive address to circle, your best bet is to get a bitpay card.

Requested a check 2/8, received a tracking number 2/9. The status of the tracking number has not changed from "label created" since that day. I emailed support and they told me check take 4-8 weeks. They can't do anything about it until 5/6. I guess this may have been a bad check that would have bounced. Maybe it's a good thing.
Before everyone replies "bitcoin". I don't have any outside accounts linked to my checking. I use paper checks or cash for almost everything. I don't feel like having my bank account compromised because some company I used for a couple transactions had their data compromised.
I just find it hard to believe there is zero they can do until May. I'm just going to cash out the entirety of my online roll when this gets resolved. It's put a very sour taste in my mouth. Combined with the client freezing a lot recently. The debacle with Jackpot tournies, I just haven't seen much progress with this network over the past couple years. I'll find my own bookie and I only live a couple miles from MGM National Harbor. Until there is some sort of regulation in the US, I just don't think it's worth it.

I have no clue re your weekly rakeback issue as I use the elite benefits, but the HUD is giving you gross figures. Doesn't the rakeback tally come to a net figure for distribution? If you raked $100 for the week and got 20% net of that after all bonuses/payouts, would leave a net rake of $80, correct? Your HUD would then suggest that it should have been 25% more.

I haven't seen the rakeback screens at all, but I have to believe the rake that is paid is a true net amount and not off the top line, otherwise it would be compounded like a savings account.

I also received a check last week that is apparently no good. Highly annoyed since I have already spent over an hour with my bank trying to resolve this and have had no progress. Do you know exactly what I do not want to do before I start a poker session. Deal with the B.S. of having to figure out how I get the winning poker network to properly send me my money. Its absolutely lovely. Check seemed like the least pain in the ass way to cashout with out having to set up bitcoin but clearly I am wrong. GG WPN.
