I'm sure this has been addressed before, but wanted a little clarification. With the Debit card, is there a limit set on the card as to how much you can pull out at once? Or is that ATM dependent? I cannot find anywhere on the card issuer's website that has this information. Does anyone have any experience with using an ATM to take out, say, 1k at a time?
They reversed the $65 fee and made this check withdrawal by FedEx free.

So my understanding is that the free check withdrawal is by regular mail but if you pay the $65 fee, you get the check super fast express mail by FedEx.

I know you can purchase a money order for the difference on the card and cash/deposit at your bank
Just an FYI if this is ever an issue for anyone, I just got off live support and was told that bank draft is a check by regular mail and GENCK is just the processor code.
FWIW Live Support was rather helpful. I spoke with Taylor and she (he?) seemed knowledgeable and even knew how to spell all of her words correctly .

from my exp the only atm's that let you withdraw heaps in a single shot are in casinos and charge a % for it. every wells boa union bank blah blah whatever it is that i go to, the limit per transaction is almost always $800. just do 3 back to back & ur good. only thing is, they only spit out twenties (((((((

bank draft requested sept 15th, arrived sept 29th.
Tried to deposit at my bank oct 1st. I first tried depositing my check through the ATM machine, it was immediately declined. I go talk to a teller who was immediately suspicious of the check, first saying the ink looked cheap. She then asked if I trusted where the check came from, I said yes. She punched so more keys on her computer. She was then suspicious of the bank being out of Nova Scotia and that my check was in dollars denomination. The she said the routing numbers at the bottom were not working correctly and informed me she would not accept the check.
I come talk to live support, speaking with Josh, he tells me to take it to a check cashing place, which I assume are the places where they make title loans and deal w/ WU moneygram. So I say I'll try it (a good friend of mine said I should have flipped my lid at this response, and should have been requesting they cover fees right away.) I go and try, they scan the check right away and the machine readout said Travelers check declined.
I return to live support, Josh fields the inquiry again, he tells me to email a picture of my check to cashout department.
Currently been waiting for a official response for ~35 hours. Funds still haven't been returned to my account.
Im definitely planning on going debit card after this check fiasco.
Has anyone got a cashout via Western Union ? If so, how long did Poker Site take to process the request ? Also was there a fee charged to your account ? Thanks

Still have not received a response nor had my funds returned after 2 1/2days. Sent out a desperation email so I can try and move this along into another cashout attempt.

Think you are over reacting. I have never had a problem cashing a check at a teller, even when they are suspicious. They may have to send it to collections, but you'll get your money. Go back to your bank and try a different teller. The problem is hose checks from Canada have 8 routing numbers, not 9, so you can't put them in an ATM and the tellers are weirded out by them. I get questioned every time I bring one in, but have never had one bounce. Just be confident and tell the bank you know it's a good check.
Don't you guys use the drive-thru? Just go through the drive thru that way you have less contact with the teller. Tell them to deposit the check and if they give you crap tell them you'll wait it out for the funds to clear.

On another note.. still no check. Today is day 8 after processing. I guess it's not too bad but damn don't they use airplanes to get these things from one place to the other?
Anyone have any ideas for me, I'm going to go try opening another bank account, then I guess drive around to more check cashing centers.
$250 to cancel this is crazy, over 10% of the check

I think she was referring to take it to a different location but the same bank. Sometimes certain banks just don't take international checks. Like i went to one bank and they wouldn't take the check so i went to a different place same bank name and they took it. I find it easier to deposit it through drive up teller. If all fails you can try a walmart?
Hi does Black Chip offer reload bonuses every once in awhile like how Intertops does? The kind where you don't even need to re deposit, it's just credited to your account?
Ive been waiting since Sept 15th.. Which is when they said my check was "sent".. Have not received anything.. worst customer service ever.. good riddance to this scummy network
