If I want to use a neteller card as a withdraw option, do I sign up for a card on my own and provide ACR the info, or does ACR provide you with a card?

different skins have different withdraw limits ,for instance Pokerhost has 2500 USD via skrill , BCP has 10 k USD

I haven't used Bitcoin in a while to deposit. Can anyone tell me how the best way to do it? I have circle and blockchain. I remember putting money on with one, transferring it to the other one and then depositing on Acr. Not sure which is which tho. Also are there better wallets out there I should be using?

I have been told in the truepoker livechat window that there is a 30 day delay due to problems with payment processors, a 30 day delay for a neteller withdrawal!

Yet i am reading in this thread about very fast recent cashouts. What's going on?

I checked my cashier yesterday and my available rakeback was $0.00. I had played a few SNGs the day before, I play several days a week and I have not taken any rakeback in over a month.

I'm reading a lot of positivity about cashouts, but I requested a BTC w/d on BCP, and after 3 full days (business days) though it was approved, CS told me it could take up to a week. I ended up canceling after day 4.

It’s already been 2 months that my withdrawal from Pokerking to skrill is pending. Support says that withdrawal is under check and they don’t know how much it would take.
2 months!!! They are crazy!!! I haven’t heard such nonsense, unless the net is bankrupt.
I guess they have some money troubles, since they don’t proceed withdrawals.
And we all should think before making a deposit, if a player would be able to withdrawal.
Who should I contact in this case? What organisations control the Pokerking room and WPN net?
Who else have such problems? If there is anyone, let’s write a collective complaint to all services and regulatory authorities.

Well, two months is quite a lot. My withdrawal of 07/19 was processed within 3 days. And a friend of mine has made about 6 successful cashouts since July 1st. And one that is currently pending for 20 days.

So it's probably indeed something's wrong with your situation. Although 2 months is obviously ridiculous. What's your screenname at PK?
