First time deposit bonus question:

Figured I'd ask here since email support is unresponsive and my live chat rep is an idiot. On the "welcome package" page it says:

"ONLY new players are eligible, and only on computers which have never been used for Americas Cardroom Real Money Play."

I signed up for an account last week. I've played and cashed some freerolls. I then use these tiny sums of money to enter a couple of .55c tourneys. Are they going to shaft me on my bonus because I have technically already played real money games?

Background info: Have been a user about 18 months. Have always deposited by bitcoin. Went through the identity/security identification process back when I first joined (they force me to go through a pretty thorough identity/security verification before they would even enable bitcoin deposit on my account). Bitcoin deposits normally take anywhere from 20-40 minutes to go depending on how the bitcoin network is doing that day but never had any problems. However I have never tried withdrawing until today and I have run into trouble.

24 hours and a big fat nada. Looks like back to Bovada. Bovada has very fast BTC withdrawals comparatively speaking.

I requested two withdrawals of 10.000$ each from ACR on the 7/22 and 8/1 and haven't received the money yet. (Made a few withdrawals before that and was receiving the money within 5/6 days into my Neteller account).

If you want to keep us fish coming back you will have to do better. Your Bitcoin withdrawal is slower than Bovada's credit card reverse charges. Ridiculous. With Bitcoin, no reasonable expectation that withdrawals should go more than 24. Especially with deposits by BTC hitting in 20 minutes.

A BTC withdrawal is literally the same as a BTC deposit.

Requested a BTC withdrawal ~4pm friday and received it today at 5pm.

Any Canadians have experience using the 7 capital card from ACR or the eco payz option? I am looking to do large withdrawals. I don't trust bitcoin and I already use my maximum $3000 bank draft per month.

I guess I could try bitcoin but does anyone have suggestions for a good trusth worthy bitcoin wallet for Canadians?

Update:
Transactions completed within 24 business hours.
Nothing remarkable but perfectly acceptable.

72 hours and still waiting, no sign of the withdrawal. Still no word from support desk.

The good news, BTC withdrawal received at 15:40PM local time! Right at 72 hours processing time. 72 hours still beats the pants off of the old paper check by mail process.

The minor bad news, did not receive any e-mail notification that the BTC withdrawal would be coming through to my waller. Due to Bitcoin volatility, a heads-up e-mail would be nice, so I can be sure to be near a computer or phone with access to my bitcoin wallet when the withdrawal arrives, so that I can get those BTC's converted back to USD as quickly as possible.

So are deposit bonuses not really a net positive for your bankroll? It appears whatever bonus you unlock is deducted from your weekly rakeback. Now if the bonus money is unlocked at a quicker rate than rakeback (ie play 1k hands, usually get $50 in rakeback now youve unlocked $100 from deposit bonus) then I can see a slight benefit
