Anyone have a successful Bitcoin withdrawal in the last two days? I have two pending, but now I see my Bitcoin withdrawal option is missing.

Live support said its a regular maintenance on the Bitcoin platform and should be back in a day or two. I have never come across that issue.

Take it for what it's worth, but support told me that "BTC withdrawals will 100% be available again no later than Tuesday 7/19."

Great news: bitcoin deposits remain available!

I spoke with support again a few hours ago - they said they expect to have an update from their processor by end of business today, and if not, then at the very latest by Monday or Tuesday of next week. I asked them about 50 different versions of "Are Bitcoin withdrawals definitely coming back within the next week?" and he, unequivocally, said yes.

I'm pretty confident, let's say cautiously optimistic, they will have it back up and running within the next few days. From a business standpoint, it's clear that leveraging BTC deposits/withdrawals is one of their key strategic initiatives. Which, given all the DOJ trouble with gambling transactions & UIGEA, makes total sense.

ACR is not receiving any of my verification documents via email, and the live support reps can not seem to open a google drive link that I send them. Yet I can email the documents to myself and open the link when not logged in. Really need some help so I can have my account verified to withdraw funds.

ACR BTC withdrawal method currently not available, but BTC deposits are still being taken. Emailed customer support for an explanation but no response yet.

Here is ACR's response to my inability to W/D using BTC:

"We understand that you want to withdraw through Bit Coin. However, the withdraw option through Bit Coin is not available at the moment for your account. We need you to have more financial reputation with our company for you to be eligible for that withdraw option."

Unfortunately, there was no specific information on how to gain 'more financial reputation'.

Yes you just have to make a 2nd deposit to unlock btc withdrawal 24 hours later. Just went thru same last week.
