Here's an email they sent me when asking why I got overcharged:
"Thanks a lot for your email; it is a pleasure to assist you.
Kindly be advised that due to our processor location, a fluctuation can be perceived once you make a deposit due to the exchange rate related to the processor location.
even certain financial institutions such as the card issuers may charge a fee for international transactions."
So basically the processor can charge whatever they want to your account. If this doesn't get fixed I'm notifying my bank of fraud. I can care less if they give me a ban.
