the debit card works exactly like a regular bank card, you can use it anywhere, best thing to do is go to a atm and withdraw the entire amount, i can withdraw up to 2500$ a day from atm. my last 5 cashouts have taking literally 24 hours from initial request before i had money onto card

Do you mind PM'ing me and we can talk about this further? I have some questions and am seeking some advice since I am new to ACR.

I'm also interested in the new debit card option. Unfortunately, I was one who was burned a few years ago when one debit card took off with all the money, (along with all my personal info, social security number, etc.). ACR made good on the lost funds, but still it makes me wary about using that option again. So can anybody else provide feedback that we can really trust these cards again?

The other one they had just shut down one day. Can't remember the name of it, seemed like the company went out of business. I sent WPN a screenshot of my balance and they refunded it to me, was never an issue.

It's been a full month since I requested my check and it hasn't arrived yet. I emailed customer support and was told to wait 6-10 weeks for it to arrive. Are you ****ing kidding me? I don't understand how other people are getting theirs in the mail within the week.

What are the fees with 7 Capital? I used a card option a few years ago with Intertops, and the fees were cray cray. Not to mention you couldn't even check your balance on the card companies website.

i had the same one on intertops, there was a special web address the rep on here would give u to check your balance...the 7capital one from ACR costs $25 or $35 to get, $2 from the poker site for every withdrawal, a few more bucks from the card to withdraw via ATM, and a monthly fee also, but still really good overall...plus the money hits your card generally the next day or two.

There was an error with my visa card deposit with an end result of a double deposit, when I only wanted one obviously. Spoke with David Miller who was very helpful. Due to the issue I was offered a seat to the $50 50k on Sunday. Hopefully it comes with the run good lol. Seriously though a thank you to David for working with me.

When investigating the debit card option, I see that it has a $5 monthly fee. So, if I withdraw $500 on the card and immediately spend it, am I going to get dinged for $5 for as long as the card is open?

Here's an email they sent me when asking why I got overcharged:

"Thanks a lot for your email; it is a pleasure to assist you.

Kindly be advised that due to our processor location, a fluctuation can be perceived once you make a deposit due to the exchange rate related to the processor location.

even certain financial institutions such as the card issuers may charge a fee for international transactions."

So basically the processor can charge whatever they want to your account. If this doesn't get fixed I'm notifying my bank of fraud. I can care less if they give me a ban.

Requested cashout via check on 5/23 - still shows processing. Contacted ACR and was told the following:

Unfortunately Our payout processing platform is currently undergoing maintenance. Due to this, some of our players are experiencing delays to receive their payouts. We want our customers to enjoy the best experience in On line Poker industry. Making these updates allow us to enhance our processes and deliver faster payouts in the future.

I will update once it's complete. ACR has been very good in the past, so no worries at this point.
