For ewallets such as Neteller and Skrill it takes like 2 business days once your account is fully verified. ACR, True and BCP use the same cashier, not sure about the other bookmaker skins.

i havent seen anyone post a confirmed cashout on any winningpoker network in over a week, and someone told me he hasnt recieved his cash out much longer than normal....should i be worried?

Yes mine has changed as well. Problem is that now when I hit withdrawal...there's no options. It use to go right into asking my debit card info. I just sent them an email.

Try clearing the cache in Internet Explorer (the only browser WPN opens).

Problem with debit card processing-

Contacted support three times between 8/28 and 9/6 to see if I was going to receive a tracking number. They told me not to worry about that and the card will likely come soon. Contacted again on 9/12 and got the point across that my card isn't coming. Support apologized for the card "suffering a serious delay" and said it will be with the next batch. Can only assume that means I'll be waiting over a month for my card...

I actually got an email back from ACR within 10 minutes which said they enabled it for me and now it's fine. Their email response time is better than any company in any business I've ever seen. I probably have 8 examples (out of 8) that all took under a half hour. But thanks Kahn

Have not seen a recent withdrawal post. First time withdrawing but it seemed like they process check withdrawal request quicker than mine.

Is it normal for it to take longer than 3 business days for processing and approval (I understand receiving takes up to 15 business days)? I checked three times with support and they said everything is fine even though they said normally they process within 24 hours.

yes just wanted to let everyone know to watch there accounts they use for depositing on Americas card room and true poker more so acr id say. I was overbilled by processor named electricell n.v. also world penny. had duplicate charges oddly enough they were for the highest amounts ive ever deposited. hum.... anyway support credited my account but didn't really want funds on site but it will work.
