How long is the verification process taking? Send the documents last week and still not even an answer

I scanned and emailed my stuff at 4:38 a.m. this morning and at 5:16 they said my account was verified and I got proceed with a withdrawal.. btw this was on ACR.

deposited via BTC on blackchip this past sunday 11/15 and funds have not hit my account. support says transaction was "cancelled" (??) but coinbase confirms it was processed. anyone run into this issue before?

seriously thinking of making a deposit on this site beginning of December. will do so via MoneyGram over at Walmart. Anybody have any experience with this? I haven't played on here much lately and I haven't cashed out in a while. I just checked the sticky and it said that you can withdrawal by check, $100 or more, one free check a month.

I don't know how old that sticky is, as I played on ACR five years ago. Is the check policy still the same?

I'm having an issue with this right now.

Tried depositing $800 to ACR via MoneyGram at a CVS a few nights ago. It says the transaction was successful and ready for pickup, but on the ACR deposit history page my transaction shows as "REJECTED". I talked to live chat support and they told me I need to talk to Moneygram.

Ugh. So I called Moneygram, it turns out they sent $811 instead of $800. I asked them if they could change the amount, they are unable to do that over the phone. So I went back to CVS to get a refund but they don't do that. Not sure what to do now, guess I'll email support.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Talk with manager,seems ridc what they told you,anytime this has happen with walmart they have had no issue stoping transfer and fixing or refunding.

Why does pokerhost have very little withdrawl options? P2P transfer, Sportsbook Transfer and MG (for Max $400 and there are fees). How can I get other options enabled? I understand they are part of the WPN network but a different company than ACR/BCP/TP, but to offer literally no withdrawing methods is so terrible.

Customer support is so lol. I kept asking if there were other options because $400 minus fees is terrible and there is no way they could stay om business unless they offered better methods of withdrawing. He just kept telling me that MG Transfer is the only one available for me. I haven't deposited on the site by the way, I got player to player transfer. It just seems to me that the support guy wanted me to keep on the money on the site lol.

Probably cancelled because it was a gambling transaction. Should've use a intermediary between coinbase. Your suppose to go from Coinbase >2nd btc wallet(mostly everybody uses blockchain)> to poker site. And when you withdraw you do that in reverse order.

Yes, that is where you enter your receiving address. It's better not to go directly to coinbase though. You should check out the bitcoin thread, especially the first post.

I am attempting to deposit to ACR via WU. Tracking number provided to ACR, but my deposit has been in a pending status since yesterday. I contacted support, and was advised that they could cancel the WU and reimburse for fees, or, switch the WU to MG. Im not sure what to do at this point? Anyone have any experience with an issues like this?

ACR + WU/MG is a complete joke. I sent them $800 a week ago and provided them with the tracking number, only to receive a message from ACR that it was "rejected". How the **** can you reject a personal transfer AFTER I've sent it? It's just sitting there waiting for someone to pick it up. Of course not a word from support on what I should do.

Now I have to convince MG to refund me the money, not sure what story I'm gonna have to come up with. Major pain in the ass.

You definitely don't want to switch to MG, just cancel it and take the reimbursement if they are offering that.
