Is there an ACR rep in this thread? I've had it up to here and beyond with my situation, been given the run around numerous times...at least 3-4 times I've been told they'll get back to me or the manager will contact me within 24hrs and they haven't, I've had enough of this.

Was overcharged on my card for a deposit that wasn't credited to my account, it took them several days after I sent in my bank statement to verify that it was indeed a fault with the processor and was told it would be refunded within 48hrs and it's been over a week since they said that...been given the run around every single day since then whether it's by email, live support or phone. I've had enough.

I just req pay2card cpl days ago (my 1st time). How long do these transactions norm take on avg?

I just got my third seven-capital debit card today and when i went to activate it they said insufficient funds and won't let me. The other two cards if i remember correct i never had to deposit money in order to activate it, the 25 bcp took was on the card after it was activated. Has anyone had to deposit money in order to activate there card?

Seriously is there an ACR rep in this thread? I'm going on 3 weeks with a processor error that overcharged my debit card and get the run around every single ***** day I'm sick of it.

They've admitted it was a processor error and that it would be refunded within 48hrs...that was almost 2 weeks ago and whenever I try to check on the status of it, I get a generic we have to talk to the processor, wait 24hrs etc even tho wtf you've already confirmed it was a processor error a long time ago. On the phone, email, and live support they're all ***** worthless. Enough is Enough.

85$ fee for a 700$ max moneygram. This is why I play Bovada. Take notes ACR. ****ing ridiculous.

Bovada charges 4.9% to make a debit/credit card deposit, ACR charges 0%. It goes both ways.

1 free check per month though, and bitcoin is always free. Take notes Bovada.

+1. Bovada charges you to deposit money, and at quite a hefty fee, and their visa fast funds withdrawal isn't exactly fast.

If it wasn't for the super fishy player pool I wouldn't give them the time of day. BCP blows away Bovada on withdrawal speed and ease thanks to BTC.
