They are on WPN for a while already, though I am not sure if they also use the main network cashier.

No, they have their own cashier. The official WPN cashier is much better, fwiw.

I assume bitcoin is better since its the fastest? I withdrawn btc with betcris and usually i get my btc fast.

Support told me skrill/neteller cashouts take 5-7 days. Is that true or false? That seems very long if true.

I tried contacting support some time ago regarding a cash out and they asked for some information to confirm my address but haven't heard anything from them. I have moved since I started the account and the old address was my parents home so I don't have bills in my name to that old address. Anybody have any idea how I can get the address associated with my blackchip account changed to my new residence so I can provide the necessary documents?

Skrill takes ~ 2-3 business days for 8k (max) withdrawals

Is this still true or not? They told me neteller/skrill cashouts take 5-7 business days. My max cashout limit for neteller/skrill seem to be 10k as oppose what you have 8k? Or did that change recently?

I can't speak to neteller/skrill timing but keep in mind there will be an official party line and then how long it really takes. In my experiences they have been reasonably good at under promising and over delivering. For example if you ask live support how long it takes for a bitcoin withdraw to get processed they will steadfastly tell you 1 business day, but it's been common to see these done in 2-3 hours when requested during normal business hours.

I got a debit card with acr. Paid $40 for it. Did One cash. a month later, they no longer use the cards I complained about paying another exorbitant fee to cash ($60 wu,checks don't cash around here). They scoffed and charged me $60 for western union. When I sent them a WU it cost $4.95. Maybe that's rare, but I wouldn't get too excited with the debit card.

Requested a 2k withdrawal by bank draft July 6th. Check delivered today, July 20th. However, it is post dated to August 7th and my bank won't accept it. Are post dated checks common?

I shouldve done the bitcoin route.

When I did checks they were never post dated, and I can't recall anyone here reporting this either. Very strange, what did support say?

Yeah mine was a 345 card. I'm not sure how often they change, but they did suggest I go through the application process for the capital card. Problem was, I went through a three week nightmare of customer service getting the first one and paid exorbitant fees for it. A few weeks later, they wanted me to do it again or pay $60 for a WU.

Just got off the phone with them. They said the check was approved on 07/08/2015.....the check reads 08/07/2015. Just dawned on me that the date is printed in a different format. Lol, I'm a dummy.

Ah, yes, they do use the European dating format. Don't feel bad, apparently your bank didn't realize either. lol

Black Chip Poker Withdrawal
Method: Bank Draft
Requested: June 8th, 2015
Approved: June 10th, 2015
Received: ???

Going on 6 weeks now, still haven't received check. This is getting ridiculous. Anyone else have to wait 6+ weeks to receive bank drafts from WPN?

Yes I understand. But I like to know anyone who used neteller or skrill to withdraw recently... how many days did it took for them to receive their cashout. They tell me it takes 5-7 business days and thus because of that, I decided to do a bitcoin withdraw. But if skrill/neteller take few days, yes i would do skrill/neteller instead.

Is there a way to deposit via bitcoin instantly or do you have to wait a few days for it to process?

Thanks.

Depends on your definition of instantly. Takes about 10 mins from the very start of setting up accounts etc until the money is in your account

But how long does this step take?

Purchase Bitcoins from an exchange with your bank account, or buy them from a friend or family member.

Last time I tried setting it up, my bank was going to take a certain amount of business days to process it so the btc would be available in my wallet. Is that the norm?

Mind me asking what wallet you used? I have heard Circle from some people? Preferably one that allows you to deposit from your bank to wallet instantly.

Coinbase allows an instant buy of up to $1000 per week if you have linked both your bank, credit card, and your identity is verified.. (usually via ssn)

Circle will allow you to instant buy starting at a very low amount I believe...($100 or so)

Always use Blockchain or another wallet as an intermediary when transferring between Poker-->BTC Exchange sites.
