I do WPN-->Blockchain-->Coinbase-->Bank

Not sure if there are better options, but so far has worked fine for me.

For the guy saying he hasn't been paid, first step is to stop wasting time with live chat. 2nd step is to PM one of the WPN mods in the forum. Unless there is something you're not telling us, you'll be paid immediately. If this was a common thing don't you think this thread would be flooded with similar accounts?
What you fail to realize is that this precise story is completely unacceptable even if it happens only one time to one customer. And it would never fly in reasonably healthy market, as WPN's competitors wouldn't let it happen.

It doesn't matter how many checks they've delivered on time to everyone else, because the inanity of making someone wait all this time just to find out whether his check has been mailed is so unbelievably incompetent from a customer service standpoint.

All the more reason to PM a WPN rep here, as they seem to be pretty good at providing some clarity on a matter of this sort when made aware of it.

Any way to get around WU or bitcoin deposit? Are there Player to Player transfers?

Potential tip for Coinbase users. Their exchange is called GDAX. If you're willing to learn just a bit more, sign up there so you can do your exchanges yourself and avoid the 1.5% broker fee. It will be at most 0.25% on GDAX and can be as low as 0% if you exchange via limit buying/selling. Tranferring between Coinbase and GDAX is free and instant. As always, read up first and start with small amounts to test things out.

It kind of does matter though? If a company has a history of always paying out on time, and one person had an issue, who are you going to side with? Oddly enough, in situations like these people tend to leave out very important information that is needed to form a conclusion. Not saying that's the case, but there is years of transactions posted on these forums, almost all of which went smooth, so yeah, I'm siding with WPN over some random poster.

If everything is what he says it is all he has to do is call the 1-800 # or PM one of the reps here and it will be fixed immediately, I have no doubt about that. People posting stuff like that is bad for everyone, unless it's legit.

Just wish they had competent support to resolve issues like this
This is an important observation, but it's not just about cashing out.

There have been a lot of reports of incompetent support. In one of my cases, I told the support person that my table was lagging and freezing and support said that the entire tournament (or all of them, I'm not sure) had been paused.

I started giving the support person real time reports of what was going on at my table: time clocks running down, an orbit taking several minutes, etc. I gave the guy my tournament and table numbers. He didn't bother to check what I was telling him, he just kept insisting that everything was paused.

It would have taken less than a minute to check what I was telling him. All he had to do was look at my table. I'm convinced that the problem is that front line support people are not empowered, or trained, or both, to provide meaningful support.

From what I've gathered that seems to be the best option, but the fees are higher at Coinbase than they were at Circle, correct?

Exactly this. There are numerous reports of the support being abysmal. I described my case in a different thread where I was cheated out of $75 of my bonus, they admitted the mistake was on their part, and then they still wouldn't pay me (lol). This is fraud. And speaking up and complaining is all we can do since Ignition is WPN's only competitor in this ****ed up market.

I started playing on Ignition 3 days ago and won't be logging another hand on WPN. The grass is definitely greener.

Guess you haven't been reading the Ignition/Bovada Discussion Thread regarding replacing funds lost during disconnections.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 1/26 via bankdraft. I received a tracking number the next day. I received the check on 1/30. This was BCP. On True I receive checks in about 2 weeks. No fees on one per month. Pretty good stuff really.

I have, and it definitely concerns me. Luckily so far I've had no issues. I'm not expecting perfection, but I won't keep playing on a site that won't even tell me the status of my cashout...

Does anyone use the debit card that can speak to it being a viable cash out option?

What have the reps said when you call the 1(800) number said?

What have the reps here said?

Are you just going through live chat? If so, you're wasting your time.

I have moved since I opened my ACR account and my address on my DL does not match any utility bills I have. My DL has old address. I am interested in the debit card option so a utility bill is required. If I change my DL, the address that ACR has will no longer be valid.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think it's pretty stupid I can't deposit 25 instead of 50. Its been a year or more since Ive deposited after cashing out because of this dumbness. The dumb excuse I got from a rep was, you can only get two low min. deposits to try out the software. O so you don't want my money? Tell the rest of the players on your site then that you are refusing to allow more money into the player pool on your site no matter how much they want to deposit. ACR sucks ass and will never catch up to what PokerStars is. Hell over a year ago your CEO said you would have progressive KO's and still none. What a lying scumbag he is.

anyone ever have this problem on ACR with dual monitors?

I had my laptop plugged in to an external monitor. I registered for a sng. In the meantime i disconnect from said external monitor and move to the sofa on my cash games...

Unbeknowst to me someone registered my SNG and the software output it to my "other" monitor while i had idea and he blinded me out. I tried it again and sure enough it output to the other monitor with no way to bring it back to my laptop's monitor.

WTF?

Figured I would update my cashout situation. Cashed out on 12/4, never received it. Been in contact with live chat numerous times.

As Freshtyme suggested, I tried calling their support line last week. I was told that my issue would be escalated to their superiors and I would get a resolution within 3 days. That was on 2/17. Unsurprisingly, I haven't heard anything since then. Guess I'm just writing this one off as a loss because at this point I've spent more time trying to get my money from them than I spent actually earning it.

I may be the only one who isn't getting paid, but I'm definitely not the only one who has spent countless hours dealing with brain dead support who have literally no idea how to do their jobs. Don't waste your time with this garbage network.

Edit: I just logged in to my True Poker account right after I posted to find that they have credited my account with the funds I cashed out nearly 3 months ago. No email, no contact at all; they just put the money back in. So, do I cash out again in the hopes that they actually send it this time? They must be hoping I'll lose it

WPN rep,

I received a check for $203 on 2/7 from BCP. I just checked my bank statement and the same $203 was taken back by you on 2/21. Why was this refunded to you all? I have withdrew money on multiple occasions and this never has happened before.

I deposited with a debit card. You all have my information.
