Just so anyone reading this knows. It's very easy to transfer a package and it is all done by them after both parties email them. There isn't any of that 'you send first' stuff. Here is how easy it is. Once they receive both emails they check that the buyer has the funds on ACR and then manually transfer to seller.

Once you have the buyer, we need each one of the parties to send us an email confirming the deal made. Please make sure each of you include the following:

•Your full name:
•Your email address:
•Your phone number:
•WPN Username (login name) of the seller:
•WPN Username (login name) of the purchaser:
•Amount (if any) that will be transferred:

As soon as we receive the email from both parties we can proceed to make the transfer of the money and update the information on the package. Please note that since travel expenses have already been credited to your account, we will not be crediting those to the receiver of the package.

Anyone who has been before, when they say FREE pertaining to the hotel credits, its not really free right because they add the 20% service charge to your credit card??

They charge local taxes (18%)

the 1500$ credit is a ripoff, except for the spa/massage, they have an amazing spa and with the taxes its like 25$/pp

Rest is just gross, they let you spend in there store but everything is overprice by 2-3-400%. I live in DR and when they sell you a bottle of local rhum at 50$ its bcz you can have it at 8$ in the street, so they just breakeven with taxes.
